Hi my name is Emanuelle, I live in a tiny house in the centre of Amsterdam. I'm a fulltime consultant and in my free time I love to escape to far away worlds to try out new veggie hotspots. I also work as a volunteer for the Dutch association for vegans, where I co-create a project named the 'Vegan Challenge'. Twice a year, we challenge Dutch omnivores, carnivores and vegetarians to eat vegan for one month. We help and motivate them with yummy, easy vegan recipes and pray to the Herbivore gods that they will stay vegan for life :-)
