I may be fast approaching 60 but I have a lot of living and travelling still to do. Last year was a year of change for me. I became a fully plant based eater in the hope of living until 110! I also began daily yoga sessions (for the first time) in an effort to retain my flexibility......it's working! I completed a 120 hour TEFL course . My friends at work called me The English Teacher, so I thought I would make it official. My greatest passions in life, apart from my children, are music and dancing. I love to dance, whether it is alone in the kitchen, in the pub on a Saturday night or at a music festival. If I hear music, I move!
