First combine vegan butter, hot sauce, and water in a pan.
Reconstitute the tvp one gently boiling for the chili.
Next saute all the chili ingredients in a pan with water.
Then add the tvp to the mixture to the pan, and combine until boiling, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

For the buffalo tvp:
1 tablespoon vegan butter
1 cup water
1 cup tvp (texturized vegetable protein)
several drops hot sauce
For the chili:
kidney beans (optional)
corn (optional)
1 green pepper chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
water to make the chili to desired consistency
