Preheat Oven to 375F.
Whisk Cauliflower Florets with flour and soy milk.
Put onions, nutritional yeast, garlic salt, and parsley in food processor until you achieve a sauce consistency.
Add sauce to cauliflower and coat well.
Bake in Oven for about 35 minutes
Dress in vegan ranch, sirracha, and a little lemon juice
