    Instructions

    Drain liquid from beans and peas.
    Add beans, peas, and sunflower seeds into a blender. Mix until smooth.
    If the mixture is too watery, add linseeds and blend until the texture is thicker.
    Shape mixture into balls and fry in a pan for a few minutes on each side. They should be crisp and brown.
    Serve and enjoy.

    1 can red beans
    1 can peas
    Linseeds, to taste
    Sunflower seeds, to taste
    Dried tomatoes, optional
