Somen Noodles with Bibim Sauce

    Instructions

    1. Cook somen noodles in salted water for 3 min or according to package. (Don't let them overboil!)
    2. Drain & rinse under cold water.
    3. For the bibim sauce mix hot sauce (gochujang, lao gan ma or toban jan), sesame oil, sugar, garlic & vinegar.
    Add to somen.

    Ingredients

    Somen noodles (80-100gr per serving)
    1-2 tsp chili sauce (best to use are gochujang, lao gan ma or toban jan)
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1 minced clove of garlic
    1/2 tsp vinegar

    Serving Size

    1-2 portions
