Sehr gute Bio-Bäckerei 😍 - Edit
Die vegane Mohnschnecke war sehr gut und auch die zwei Brotsorten, welche ich bis jetzt probiert habe schmecken köstlich! Und die Vollkorn-Körner Semmel ist auch wärmstens zu empfehlen :)

Ist zudem optimal, wenn man Sonntags eine Bio-Bäckerei in der Augsburger Innenstadt sucht, da andere Alternativen an diesem Tag geschlossen haben und 32 ° seine Kund*innen auch an dem Tag mit frischgebackener Ware versorgt 😉

Bakery with tasty vegan buns - Edit
Nice bakery in the city center with hand made baked goods. They have sweet buns with different flavours, all vegan. We tried one with walnut and maple syrup and one with apples. Very fluffy and tasty! They also offer plant based milk for hot drinks. The staff is very friendly, the interior is nicely decorated!

I take the typical roll with chocolate. They tasted amazing. Also all the bread and sweets looks amazing. I like that you can see from the transparent wall the people working.i I appreciate that they do few things but fresh and well done

Best ‘Schnecken’ (sweet rolls) ever! - Edit
In terms of ‘Schnecken’, they have a pretty great selection of different flavours: cinnamon rolls, apple, poppyseed, chocolate, walnut and another fruity one (last time I went it was rhubarb). According to the salesperson, ALL flavours are now vegan (it used to be just a few).
Read moreApart from that, they have fantastic bread. I’ve had a walnut bread roll before, a focaccia and a type of breadstick with olives, all of which were so, so good.
For every item the ingredients are listed on little signs and anything vegan is clearly marked. (They’re still waiting for the new signs for their sweet rolls, but don’t worry we’ve been told they’re all vegan now.)
Staff was also EXCEPTIONALLY friendly every time I went😄
On wednesdays it’s Schnecken-Day, too, so you’ll get them at a lower price!
Prices in general might be slightly higher compared to other bakeries and supermarket bread (which will always be the cheapest obvsly), but their quality really is superior and absolutely worth every penny. Their prices for the sweet rolls are pretty decent considering what you get (size and flavour). And staff will always cut the rolls in a standard size so that you may get 1.5 rolls if one roll would’ve been smaller than standard size.
