For example: vegan cheese platter, portobello mushroom burger, nori maki, raspberry tart, and chocolate raw cake. Evening booking suggested. Has a small area selling some groceries. No longer offers brunch as of December 2024, but does offer cooking workshops at a similar time. Open Mon-Tue 12:00-14:30, 19:00-22:30, Thu-Sat 12:00-14:30, 19:00-22:30.

Very interesting and delicious - Edit
The textures of the dishes were so interesting without ever compromising on flavor. Everything is fully raw, which is a refreshing change from what we’re used to, and it really works.

I'm not raw vegan (love my hot dishes), so the dishes served here are not in my comfort zone; but what made this dinner was the service. It's also the only vegan restaurant I found in Paris that offers a cheese platter. (Business opportunity, folks.) Since I was dining solo, I opted for two appetizers, a three-cheese platter, and a dessert. That was plenty in addition to a kir cocktail as an aperitif and an Alsacian white wine that the staff recommended based on what I ordered. He actually brought out two different wines for me to pick from, which was a generous gesture. I loved how fresh the ingredients tasted, but it does still feel like I'm eating a salad. I think eating raw vegan requires expectations adjustments. 😅 All of the cheeses I had were made with cashews, as was the faux gras. I was a bit worried that they would all taste the same, but there were subtle differences between each item. Just pay close attention, and you'll appreciate it all the more.

Popped in for a quick dinner and they could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. So glad we choose there as it was such an interesting and delicious experience. I’ve never eaten a three course raw meal before and my brain was not accustomed to it but the flavours were delicious! Everything tastes like it is made with passion and love. Can’t remind this evening. It may not be the kind of food you are used to but it is a wonderful experience. The cheese plate was divine!

Impressive raw food constructions. It's clear the chef is putting in significant effort. With that, some of the flavor profiles were quite unusual in a negative way (thus, only 4 stars). Overall, still a good place to check out.

I had wanted to try this place for quite some time, and finally did! The outcome is utterly positive. We had 2 starters, mains and deserts. Starters and mains were all very good, original and tasty. Deserts had an original taste, not sure I would take them again but hey, that's the experience. The wine, recommended by the waiter, was extraordinary. And staff super friendly. Paris lacks a good offer of vegan fine dining: 42 Degrés plays in that league. It may not be cheap, but it is definitely worth trying.

You could taste the high quality products, first time I ate at a raw vegan restaurant and it didn't dissapoint me. Everything was delicious and also the vegan cheeses were so fun to try! They were also very nice. The only thing was that I couldn't try the dessert I wanted anymore😒

Unfortunately I got a stepmother table, I felt not very welcomed as a single person.

Manger là-bas c'est comme re-découvrir la nourriture, ce que sont notre goût, notre odorat. Les saveurs proposées sont étonnantes pour qui n'as pas l'habitude des spécialités crudivores. Mais là où ce restaurant est génial, c'est qu'ils se servent des "contraintes" (vegan, sans gluten, cru) pour faire évoluer la cuisine sur un autre plan.
