Bedat is one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed, not only because of the views but the magical, relaxing, inviting energy surrounding the property. The hosts are loving and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
Read moreAll our needs were catered for, and since I have specific dietary requirements I usually have to take a lot of food with me when staying away as I just don’t know what I’ll get. At Bedat I was able to relax with the meals provided as I knew everything was not only vegan and gluten free but also packed full of nutrition and flavour, so VERY tasty!! For other meals, we were spoilt for choice with the available organic supermarkets all just 20mins driving distance and kitchen facilities as well as yummy restaurant choices.
The location is sublime, reclusive and yet so expansive and close to other areas that we never felt disconnected from the chateaus and activities all available within short driving distances (having your own car is highly recommended and lots of space to park too!).
The gorgeous town of St Emilion is only 15mins drive and well worth visiting.
The evenings can pass by quite easily with stargazing and al fresco dining. Peace, joy and ease!
Highly recommended and I will be going back!
