Had an amazing meal at this restaurant, the owner is so friendly even though she doesn’t speak very good English but we used Google translate and it was really something special. We ended up talking a lot and unfortunately I couldn’t finish the meal I was hoping she will arrange a takeaway package for me, but just because we ended up talking she then threw away the rest of the meal so I got upset a little bit But despite that the food was so good and I left very satisfied!

The curry is topped with so many veggies that you can't even see it until you ate half of them!
Read moreThey apparently their veggies from some local farmers. I have rarely eaten such delicious vegetables as in that place. The curry got overshadowed by them in my opinion.
The presentation is really nice, the portions pretty big and not overpriced for what you get.
Definitely an experience you shouldn't miss when in Osaka!

Their menu has very little English, so it helps to know what you want in advance - there is a big laminated poster of the menu that you can point to what you want. The staff don't speak English but they use Google translate. It is cash only and you pay up front, and you can help yourself to water. They also stock veolu vegan gluten free donuts. Seats 14.
Read moreI prefer lots of vegetables to fake meat, so this meal was absolutely perfect. Heaps of delicious roasted vegetables, rice and curry. Huge amount of food and very filling. The staff were lovely and it had a good atmosphere (nice and clean and not too hectic).

Amazing curry with a plethora of vegetables arranged lovingly. The owner makes all the curry and also donuts herself and is very nice.

Read moreTheir veggies were very fresh, we added extra rice and curry since most of the restaurants we visited were light in portion and we were quite hungry. It turned out their extra portion was huge.
We struggled to finish everything even with our 15 months old’s help.
The important thing is: my son liked it.

As of Jan 2025 they now also have vegan and gluten free donuts! Under the brand Veglu. Seems like they make them. Good for a snack stop while exploring Kuromon or Doguyasuji street. #Veganuary

The presentation is impressive and the taste is amazing! It’s A LOT of food, so please go hungry. I visited this shop many years ago. It wasn’t all vegan back then. I am so so happy to see they not only renovated the entire restaurant but they also committed to a fully vegan menu! Great experience! Will be back again.

The restaurant offers curries with different amounts of veggie toppings. everything is vegetarian, I think even vegan but ended up being too excited to care to ask again. no english menu but nice staff.
