Amazing experience, very reasonably priced - Edit
We ordered the 5-course menu but after receiving the first two courses asked them to upgrade the order to the 7-course one - it was all so unbelievably good, and beautifully presented! There were two extra mini-courses served (a green salad to start with and a kiwi sorbet, which was actually one of the highlights), so in total we got 9 small plates of exceptional food for 70 Euros per person - one of the most reasonably priced fancy meals I have seen.
Read moreEvery single dish was amazing, the service was exceptionally friendly, and the selection of alcohol-free drinks was one of the best I've seen; we had artisan alcohol-free sparkling wines as well as exceptional apple juices (the one with hops was so good!). They also had a nice selection of alcoholic drinks, if that's more your vibe.
Certainly a place not to miss in Torino - and even if you don't have the money to spend ~90 Euro on a fancy dinner (including drinks) you can go for their weekday-lunch offer and enjoy a 3-course lunch for 30 Euro.

A restaurant with a chef who deserves stars. So much attention to plant food, so balanced with flavours that reinforce each other, procedures that are daring but a true explosion in your mouth. Fine vegan dining with a high end price, but which is more than worth it! A first class recommended!

Locale moderno, atmosfera non particolarmente accogliente, ma ho apprezzato la musica soffusa che non sovrastava le conversazioni. Abbiamo optato per il menù da 7 portate e abbiamo ordinato 2 calici come accompagnamento. Il rincaro sul vino a calice l'ho trovato un po' eccessivo, considerando le opzioni disponibili: poche e non particolarmente ricercate. Piccolo appunto: il vino a calice è stato versato senza averlo fatto assaggiare prima, è una piccola pecca, ma in un locale del genere non te lo aspetti.
Read moreI piatti valgono il prezzo che hanno, non trovo che sia eccessivamente caro, certo non è un posto in cui andare tutte le sere, ma per l'esperienza proposta e la ricercatezza secondo me il prezzo è adeguato. Molto interessanti i sapori e le consistenze, i piatti poi sono anche molto belli da vedere. Non ho trovato di mio gusto la spiegazione delle portate in quanto è stata più un monologo supponente che una spiegazione. Consiglio di avvicinarsi di più empaticamente ai clienti. Molto carini e gentili i ragazzi di sala.
Esperienza comunque consigliata.

We went for lunch which was €30 and included 4 small courses and a large bread box. Each course offered variety with clever combinations of flavors, especially the anise and spirulina sorbet for dessert. The mushroom foam was a little over salted but other than that, it was a lovely experience.

Il titolo è il motto di questo locale dalla cucina ricercata e gourmet 100% vegetale. Non c’è un menù a la carte ma un percorso da 5 - 7 o 9 portate ciascuna delle quali viene spiegata al momento del servizio. Sapori decisi, a volte particolari ma molto piacevoli. Una experience che vale la pena fare.

Read moreLa cucina 100% vegetale è precisa, fantasiosa e ricercata. Dietro ogni piatto si intravede grande passione e ricerca (e di sicuro anche un grande lavoro).
Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente (conviene prenotare) e ci sono pochi tavoli, quindi si riserva una grande attenzione al cliente.
Il servizio è preciso e veloce. Ogni tavolo è trattato con grande attenzione, per fare un esempio hanno premura di portarti altro pane e grissini appena vedono che sta finendo, senza bisogno di chiederlo espressamente.
Mangiare qui non è economico, i prezzi sono più alti della media ma va sottolineato che questo è un ristorante sopra la media e i prezzi sono assolutamente coerenti con la qualità dell'esperienza offerta. Anzi, a dirla tutta, pensavamo di spendere di più di quanto abbiamo effettivamente pagato!
Al momento del conto ci ha (piacevolmente) sorpreso che non fanno pagare il coperto, cosa che non ci aspettavamo dato l'eccellente servizio ricevuto.
Per concludere direi quindi consigliatissimo, sia a vegani che non.

After all the good reviews we went there for a 7-course diner. There was no warm welcome when we arrived, but only functional. Although we wanted a wine arrangement for the 7 courses, this was not possible. We could take a glass of wine per course, but it was not possible for a wine pairing the dish, because the sommelier didn’t know which course we will get… this was a pity. She also emphasized that we should take the wine we liked, but that is not wine pairing wit the dish. For a restaurant with this level, this is something you expect. Most of the courses were special and nice, but the fried carrot was not what we expected. It had a fry taste. The dessert with the sparkling flower was amazing! The explanation of the dishes was done in a robotesq way: sufficient, but sometimes hard to follow. Three stars because we had high expactations based on the reviews and the price, but they didn’t meet our expectations

Wonderful experience. The 9-course tasting menu (which actually consisted of 11 dishes!) really was a journey. Service and atmosphere were top notch. Obviously not cheap, but worth every penny. Highly recommended.

The reason you get little dishes is because there are nine courses! Of course, there are options to go for four courses or five courses instead. There are also wonderful wine pairings. I was brave and went for the nine courses, because why not? I was very satisfied! At first I thought that I was going to have to dip dig into the bread basket, but I didn’t really have to. It was very satisfying and everything was magically delicious

We went there in October 2022. It was our second visit. In our view it is one of the finest most artistic tasty restaurants in the world. Antonio is a sheer culinary genius who takes vegan food to a whole new level. We had the 9 course taster menu. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and very enthusiastic about the dishes. We will be back.
