Great vegan carrot cake - Edit
Coffee is decent enough, and the location itself (and old, by Vancouver standards, corner store house on a residential street) is nice. But the real reason to go is for the awesome vegan carrot cakes. Also has vegan overnight oats, clearly-indicated vegan muffins, and other items that are plant-based. Preferable to any other coffee shop in the neighborhood, though not as busy.

Cozy neighbourhood cafe - Edit
Vintage feeling coffee place on the corner of a pretty neighbourhood. Has a large selection of tea. Has plant milks but only two vegan options when I was there, a butternut squash and spinach ciabatta and a zucchini loaf, both nice but not amazing. Rating would be 4 stars if they offered more options.
