Makes an effort - Edit
You don't come accross many vegan options at the breakfast buffet in most hotels, so I do appreciate their effort.
Read moreThey are still kind of limited and don't change, so if you are there a couple of days, you will probably get tired of them. A vegan pudding or something like that would be a nice addition.
The vegan options are in a separate section of the buffet, it would be great if it was indicated which items of the rest of the buffet were vegan as well.
Their soaps are also vegan, which is appreciated.
Pros: Has vegan options
Cons: More variation would be nice

Die Aufstriche sind lecker, es gibt unter anderem veganen Käse, Mett und Wurstsalat, Schokoküchlein, Sojamilch und Sojajoghurt. Gute Müsli- und Obstauswahl. Nicht das beste Frühstück, dass wir je hatten, aber völlig in Ordnung!

A really nice hotel! Friendly staff, clean rooms and a good breakfast. You have a huge variety for vegan options. They habe cereals, cake, juices, bread, buns, vegan meat salad, vegan mett, marmelade, soy milk, vegan cheese... I love this hotel and went there for the third time.

Vegan breakfast and dinner - Edit
As far as I know the only vegan-friendly hotel in Hamburg. They have a vegan corner at the breakfast buffet and the soap is vegan. The restaurant has a vegan menu and some more vegan dishes. The food is good but don't expect fine dining.
