We loved the staff and how accommodating they were to our needs of being vegan.

If you are hungry - go here - portions are large
Only negative - it’s a bit old looking

Exactly what I wanted - Edit
So many options! Told the server I’m vegan and he went through the entire menu with me and almost every item had a vegan version. The noodles are worth it and the service was excellent.

Great for cold days - Edit
We had a great first experience here. It's a tiny place that is accessed by interior stairs that take you below street-level off Church St (look for sign/door between the Saratoga Olive Oil Co and Free People). There are a few booths and tables and it quickly gets busy for dinner but they maintain a wait list. Our server was friendly and efficient. The cargo noodles are a great choice and can be customized in multiple ways. I ordered the version with Tom Yum broth, tofu & veg, and green udon noodles. Delicious and warming. The sushi menu has lots of vegan options. We ordered a sushi entree - Vegan Makimono - 24 total pieces of Inari cucumber maki, sweet potato maki and avocado cucumber maki.

Delicious cargo noodles! - Edit
I ordered the cargo noodles with the options of udon, tofu and vegetables, and tom kar broth. It was filling and delicious but also fresh and nourishing with lots of veggies and the lemongrass.
