No vegan options now (Nov 2025) - Edit
Lovely staff, but sadly the only vegan option was the shakshuka without feta and egg. They did offer many vegan options, but apparently they didn't sell well and were expensive so they had to stop.

Beggars can't be choosers - Edit
The staff was very nice and supportive. There are not much vegan options, but in Carcassone you'll be playing Hard Mode Vegan already and beggars can't be choosers as they say.
