a bit like backwerk - Edit
it reminds me of a bakery chain in germany called "backwerk" with the same self-service system. however, backstube has a diefferent product range including börek, focaccia, pretzels and sandwiches (only with tomatoes;-;). there are also a few sweet items.

The potato burek, apple and cherry turnovers are favorites. Good for a quick snack in the city. Wish there were more vegan options though.

Great range and tasty baked goods - Edit
We came here twice to get food to take away. They had a bigger range of vegan options than another backstube we visited. We tried a schnitzel sandwich, a falafel sandwich a salt and pepper pretzel, a berry pastry and juice. All really good.
