The vegan bakery to end all vegan bakeries!!

We got an Oreo ice capp, buffalo focaccia, cinnamon roll, strawberry shortcake, and bun with a matcha-tofu cream cheese (!!)

The non vegan friend I went with couldn’t even tell that anything was vegan.

Went on Sunday July 5th, 2026😄

Pros: Incredible selection!! Everything looked so good

Cons: Strawberry shortcake was kind of dense, No seating, no bathrooms

Pastry perfection

What a Tasty trio , after browsing around Toronto one name kept coming up again and again when it came to plant based pastry named the best for a reason and couldn’t pass the opportunity to try
I got a mix of bakes from the cheese biscuit which we don’t have in the uk unless your counting a sweet biscuit you have with a cuppa tea this reminded me of a savoury scone with a twist , a great base to experiment with spreads and dips
Next was the strawberry cheesecake braid creamy , fruity and thick what else could you want and finally the pizza croissant , flakey and fresh with a lovely filling loved the creativity
One thing that took me by surprise is the sheer size of them all ! In the uk 🇬🇧 you’d need at least 2 pastries to these one , great value and quality a must in Toronto for sure

Large variety of options to try

Sweet and savoury options.
Garlic knots are the best ever, soft, garlicky and delicious.

Tasty Canadian bakes!

We had the cinnamon cruffin, cinnamon bun, the caramel and raisin tart and the spicy focaccia.
Everything was great apart from the cinnamon bun. I felt like it didn’t have much cinnamon taste and was mostly milk bread with frosting.
I didn’t expect to like the tart but decided to try since it’s traditionally Canadian. There is something to it!

Pros: Cinnamon cruffin

Cons: Cinnamon bun didn’t have as much flavour

The BEST pastries ever!

So many delicious pastries to choose from, it was hard to only choose a few! Decided to get their Pizzeria Pain Au fromage, Brioche cinnamon swirl, and a chocolate chip cookie. I also got their “ice cap” iced coffee, which was delicious as well.

Everything I ate was delicious… especially their Pizzeria Pain Au fromage, which was probably one of the best vegan pastries I’ve ever had!

I can’t wait to go back and try some of their other items, along with the vegan sandwich’s they have available!

Soooo good 🤤

This place is unbelievable, easily top 2 best vegan pastries I’ve ever had. Top notch croissants, it’s probably good I don’t live in Toronto cos I wouldn’t be able to stop buying from them all the time if I did

You can not come to Toronto and not eat here

Bakery of my vegan dreams, both savoury and sweet options, huge variety, everything is delicious and fresh.

We came back twice, wish so badly vegan bakeries like this were more accessible around the world

The staff is friendly as well

Perfect Pastries

Went near closing and ordered what was left: croissants and raspberry scones, both amazing. Planning on trying everything. Also sells Nonnos cold cuts and Honeys ice cream.

Pros: So many options, Small new business, tastes like god

Cons: The lack of selection but I did go near closing

I'm addicted to their "ham" sandwich

I literally put a resolution for 2026 not to get too addicted to bad attitude bread - I have at least a weekly habit!

Pros: Food is so delicious, Quick pick up, Friendly service

My favourite bakery

Do yourself a favour and make a detour to this adorable shop! From the cheddar bay biscuit to the flaky croissant to the orange blossom cake, everything is divine. Also the most adorable owner and I'm obsessed with their IG account 🤌

I loved this bakery!

I went there around 5 pm, and they still had like 8-9 different options.
Everything looked amazing!
I decided to take the almond croissant, cheddar scone, sesam cookie and pesto bun.
And what can i say? It was sooooo delicious!
It's definitely a must to visit this awesome bakery!!

Pros: Incredible taste, Lots of options

Tasty croissants

They have a pretty large case of pastries and I saw several savory options as well. I got the croissant breakfast sandwich here. I was really impressed with their vegan ham. I believe it’s made from tofu skin? Not sure. It was a bit greasy, but it tasted good.

Pros: They have savory options too! 😁

Good for everything!

It's a cute little shop with an open bakery, so you see what you get. Outside are two small tables, but a few minutes walk there is a park to sit down.

They offer many different pastries, sweet and savoury, and a few freshly made sandwiches (take them hot).
We got a croissant sandwich, hashbrown breakfast sandwich and a pizzeria pan au frommage (contains olives, which i liked a lot). Croissant sandwich a little greasy, but in a normal - and superyummy - way.
Also got an iced coffe with cream and oreo-pieces - SO good!

Took a few good for next day, the garlic nots with marinara are so good and fluffy! Dills in a blanket and coffee cake with cinnamon also tastes good on next day. Sausage in a blanket was a little dry next day (but nothing to complain about).

All in all everything is so perfect! And they also offer good merch😍

Pros: SO TASTY, Nice staff, Many options, lots of flavour

Doesn't Play Nice

This isn't your average bakery. Everything has an edge, an extra twist, something new. They don't have croissants: they have cheese croissants. They don't have focaccia. They have buffalo focaccia. Salted buckwheat chocolate chip cookies, pan au fromage, raspberry scones, and the list goes on. We stayed relatively safe with the cheese croissant--buttery and flaky with a double layer of savory cheese. It was perfect. Take a walk on the wild side. Try something new. At Bad Attitude Bread, you have no other option.

Pros: Affordable, Variety, Innovative

Everything was a delight

I love to visit other bakeries on my day off and this one did not disappoint. My friend and I loaded up a box of treats on a rainy day immediately dove in. My favourite is the cinnamon bun and everything bagel bun. Both are incredibly soft and luscious. I love following the owner's Instagram stories and all the shenanigan's of owning a bakery. Plan to take your treats to go as there isn't any seating, but that's the perfect excuse for a baked good picnic when the weather is nice.

Unreal Quality and consistency

I’m a sucker for a savory pastry and great sandwich and they knock it out of the park. When I do get a “sweet” good on occasion, they’re never too sweet! Love this place.

A BUN-dle of joy ;)

Bad Attitude Bread offered a delightful experience where each item in the display tantalized my taste buds. Guided by Logan Dunn, the brilliant mind behind these freshly baked wonders, I selected the savory Everything Bagel Bun ($6). Its ethereal softness, delightful cream cheese dollop, and generous sprinkle of everything seasoning made every bite a blissful experience I wish I could enjoy every day.

The vibrant space, adorned with fun details, features a fully open kitchen that adds a touch of magic to the atmosphere, showcasing where the culinary wizardry happens. As I reminisce, I eagerly anticipate my next visit to Toronto, where Bad Attitude will undoubtedly be one of my first stops.
