Good spot for a vegan lunch option - Edit
I really liked this place. It's simple, fast and tastes good. Is it the best food I've ever had? No, but it's a great spot for a vegan lunch option or to-go.
Read moreI tried their vegan bibimbap and as everyone says the tofu is quite nice, also the potato side dish is really good. On a different day, I grabbed the vegan tofu kimbap for a picnic, but it wasn't as good as the bibimbap (a bit too greasy and could have used some spice).

Sure the tofu is great. The eggplant also very good. BUT... to be honest, the taste of bibimbap is lacking. This is a great place for visitors. Clean and efficient service. Great prices. I tried to like it. Went back a second time to check... still only 3 stars.

Tofu from the tofu bibimbap was fab - crunchy on outside but decently chewy on inside. Comes with vegan beansprouts soup and kimchi. Would return again.

Bibimbap for 7.500 is a bargain especially with so many veggies and not just rice and lettuce. Sauce is perfect

Very straightforward choice, clearly they specialize in one particular dish but it is very good and reliable as a result. Big touchscreen for ordering with English. Nice little pancake and pickles on the side. Handy for Hongdae. Modern and clean.

Walk upstairs to the 2nd floor for bebab. It has small indoor seating available — 4 small tables. You order at the kiosk which has English available. The chef/owner was very friendly!
Read moreAbsolutely loved the vegan value set! Every element was delicious. Wish there was more bibimbap because it was insanely good! Even though it wasn’t served in a hot stone bowl, it was one of the best bibimbaps I’ve ever had — mostly because the fried tofu was divine. Truly revolutionizes the traditional bibimbap and offers an appealing alternative to a fried egg. I’d even order the fried tofu on its own, it was that good. The gochujang sauce is also vegan and tasty! The hot tofu stew was heartwarming.
Hope to find time to come back and indulge in this vegan value set again before my trip is over!
UPDATE 4/9/25: Indeed we made sure to return to Bebab for our very last meal before heading to the airport. Well worth the extra commute. Consistently delicious! A must-go if you’re in Seoul.

I got their vegan Beni it had bibimbab, you can choose which toppings to get. It comes with a mild spicy soft tofu soup and veggie pancakes.

DAMN! I got the Vegan Value Set for ₩12,500 which came with dubu (tofu) bibimbap, pumpkin jeon (pancake), soon dubu jigae (soft tofu stew), and a drink. I also got to try the fried tofu kimbap and kimchi jeon off my friend's plate. When the server brought our food, they told us (before we asked) that the gochujang sauce was vegan, too.
