New Favorite Diner in Vegas - Edit
the vegan menu is extensive and very clearly labeled and the food was delicious! they have just about every vegan breakfast option you can think of; breakfast skillets, burritos, bowls, sausage and bacon, soy & oat creamer for coffee & tea plus a pretty big lunch menu as well! I wish we had more days on this trip because I could come here again and again. can’t recommend enough!

Authentic diner with a while vegan menu - Edit
We were so surprised when we went to Black and Blue diner. They had a whole breakfast menu for vegans. I was even more surprised when the waiter told us that they have a separate kitchen to cook these foods.

I commend Black & Blue for having a vegan menu - I wish the prices were slightly lower for the vegan options ($15 for a bare waffle no toppings or sides, close to $19 for three tenders added to it), but its a great option in the area with friendly staff😄

this place IS SO GOOD!! vegan options at diners are usually lacking, or like a “healthy” alternative and sometimes you just want classic diner favorites, they provide just that! The vegan menu is extensive and clearly labeled, the staff knows what is what and very helpful. the playlist is great as well! we got the chilaquiles with both red&green, the california omelette with potatoes, and the toasted caprese sandwich. all were so good.

This was the best breakfast I've ever had! I got the vegan steak omelette with hash browns and toast, and my husband had vegan steak tips and eggs and everything was literally to die for. This is everything you could dream of in a diner. The vegan menu is huge! This was our first time, but we are going to make it a regular spot of ours. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I tried the vegan Jackpot Breakfast, and it really hit the spot! The Just Egg was cooked perfectly, and the smoky vegan bacon added a nice savory depth — surprisingly close to the real thing. The potatoes were well-seasoned and crispy, just how I like them. The French toast was a standout: soft, sweet, and satisfying without being overly heavy.

I felt this diner really excelled in size of menu options for vegans and was a great place to eat with non-vegan family. We were there for breakfast food and enjoyed our food, but I did think it’s worth noting for anyone seeking like.. “house made” things that our meals were largely based around things we usually have at home like JustEgg or Gardein Chick’n. Knowing that now, I’d likely order slightly differently or go with lunch options! But I am still extremely pleased with the service, variety of options, & the food was good! Our favorites were the waffle & French toast which is always nice to have made vegan!
