All plant based, I struggled to choose because it all sounded so good. We had an amazing breakfast, I had the scrambled tofu which was absolutely delicious! You need to book in advance, can’t recommend highly enough!!

We found this little treasure when roaming around bruges... we were lucky enough to get a walk-in table ... defo suggest booking and trying this place. Lovely staff and yummy food - a win win 🏆

We had reservations (recommended) for brunch/lunch yesterday. I tried the "Paté bagel", the "Ham & Cheeze croissant" and the "American pancakes". I also bought a "Radikal Kindness" T-Shirt...😀

We went out for brunch at Blackbird and it was a delight! All the food was very tasty, the interior is very cosy and the staff was very friendly. A reservation is definitely recommended, a couple of groups came in that the staff had to send away because they were full up!

Fab option for brunch in Brussels. Loads of choice and the portions were generous. The shared platter was more than enough for 2 but we enjoyed the pancakes too!

The food is incredible here. So full of flavour, with little touches that make it feel like a fine dining experience, rather than brunch. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked wonderful, and the place itself is immaculately decorated. Highly recommend a visit, although make sure you book, as they were turning people away all the time we were there.

We had the American pancakes and the Blackbird Brunch. The service was very nice. I really recommend it for a breakfast/ brunch. It is not far from the chocolate museum.

We came here four times during our stay and basically tried the entire menu. Great selection, really friendly host, lovely interior and atmosphere. Wish it were a restaurant in our home town. Very open towards dogs, too. Definitely worth a ( or several) visit while in Bruge, for the vegan traveler a must! If you want to go definitely reserve a table, they book out fast😄

If you're in Bruges and you're hungry, go to Blackbird! But I recommend you make a reservation, they just barely managed to squeeze in our party of two and and during our stay a lot of potential customers tried their luck and got turned away. The avocado sandwich was great and they had really good croissants, perfect for brunch! Also the surrounding area is nice!
