Bloom Sushi - Edit
Wow. Everything was amazing, and that’s coming from someone who’s not very fond of sushi. I loved everything here. My favorite was the Moulin Rouge (the spring roll sushi).

Excellent - Edit
My husband and I booked there for a treat on our visit to Paris. Hands down this was the best food we had during our stay.
Read moreWe loved the Nasu Miso Flambée and the Crunchy Zalmon hosomaki.
The restaurant has a lovely chilled out vibe, without being pretentious. The service is excellent - the people were very patient with our broken French language skills.

Bloomin' brilliant - Edit
Bloom restaurant was quite out the way from where we were staying but we decided that it was worth checking out so we made sure to plan our day around our dinner reservation at Bloom. We were so glad that we made the effort to come here because the food was just incredible! It is by far the best vegan sushi that we have had - the menu is exciting, creative and full of flavour. We order multiple sushi rolls and all tasted great but the stand out dish was the katsu curry sushi which was lightly deep fried and paired with a mild curry sauce. It was divine! We've been to multiple restaurants before that specialises in vegan sushi but none compare to Bloom. We would definitely come back again!

Perfect! - Edit
Especially loved the MrCrunchy, Dragon Eye and Arancini au shiitake.
Read moreThe Filling of the Philadelphia was more of a feta style cheeze than a cream cheeze but still very delicious.
Definitely a special experience and very recommendable!

J'aime bien tous les sushis et salades proposés par ce restaurant. Je reviens toujours pour les plats avec des champignons et chaque fois je suis jamais déçue. Il faut essayer en visitant Paris !

First solo meal out - Edit
I had a lovely meal at bloom with an assortment of dishes. This included the gyoza, green tea, miso soup and pesto sushi rolls. Finished off with a mochi.
Read morePortions (except dessert) were a good size - I wish there were two mochi for dessert and not just one! $6 is a lot to pay for one.
Everything was good - I loved the pesto flavour on the sushi.
Only criticism is the green tea didn’t infuse well so perhaps a loose leaf tea or another brand is better?

Best vegan food in Paris 🇫🇷 - Edit
We found this sushi restaurant on the Michelin Guide whilst planning our trip to Paris and figured it would be worth a visit - our presumptions were correct! This was undoubtedly the best meal we had in Paris and potentially the best vegan sushi we have had globally. Everything was so fresh, creative and had a real depth of flavour. We tried the crispy rice which was rich and umami with the truffle sauce and mushroom tartare; the Philadelphia roll with vegan salmon which was the perfect hybrid of Japanese and Mediterranean flavours; the enoki maki which was aesthetically stunning and so fresh; dragon eyes roll and the tempura oyster mushroom maki which was our favourite - the perfect depth of truffle umami and crunchy mushrooms! We also tried the Tokyo mule cocktail which was refreshing and well mixed and one of the many Japanese whiskey’s on offer. The service was impeccable and the restaurant felt very smart and modern. This is definitely a more upscale dining option in the capital but we felt that the prices were reasonable for the quality of food we were served. We would absolutely recommend this restaurant to vegan’s looking for an incredible meal in Paris 🥰

The best sushi - Edit
Unable to decide what to have, we opted for the ‘menu omakase’ - a mix of loads of things! It was (by far) the best sushi I’ve ever had, and if I’m ever back in Paris, this will be the first place I visit!

The best sushi I've ever had! - Edit
These sushi were too good to be true. We tried six kinds of maki rolls, plus spring rolls. Every piece was unique in taste and texture, with contemporary twists like pesto, artichoke, truffle and aubergine. A must-visit for sushi-lovers! Longing to revisit this place.

My expectations where high.

They ran out of cider and they gave me the bill even before giving me the tea that I payed for but did not got. After asking; All other people got beautiful teapots and I got a white mug.
The sushi was fabulous though and so was the place. Menu is not clear about the mochi. It has 3 on the card but you get just one. The gyoza are store bought

An amazing place to eat vegan sushi in Paris - Edit
I've been vegan for 9 years now and so used to eat cucumber and avocado sushi.
Read moreThanks to Bloom Sushi I was able to choose between a lot of different dishes and a lot of option.
It's so nice "not to know what to take" in a menu.
Regarding the service : people are really nice and welcoming.
The food : A-MA-ZING! I went there twice (i'm from Lille) with non vegan friends and they all loved it.
The food worth every penny and I plan to go back there when i'll be in Paris next time.
Pros: nice vibe, excellent food, friendly staff
Cons: none.

Divine sushi - Edit
The best vegan sushi i’ve ever had. They had a large variety of all sorts of sushi types as well as typical iteams such as edamame. The sushi was presented really nicely and the restaurant looks luxurious. They have a covered outdoor seating area too. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. You do need a reservation though otherwise there is a wait.

Don't judge a book by its cover, as this one doesn't deserve such a fancy cover! - Edit
Let's start with the positives:
Read more- we didn't hate it
- we were not hungry after eating to the very last crumbs
Now the less positives:
- it lacked in taste and texture, especially compared to how fancy it presents itself
- the quantities were not satisfying, especially compared to the prices
- the ambiance was sterile
- the hosts were not particularly welcoming nor warm
- speaking of warm, the fries and the tea were luke warm
- the menu was not clear enough, no details, only a global mention of allergens (had the surprise to see that my sweet potato fries were actually tempura, so most probably with gluten)(then again, I could have asked, though who'd expect fries to contain gluten?)
Global appreciation: very disapointing, would not return
Pros: edible
Cons: disapointing, lack of clarity in the menu

Great plantbased sushi - Edit
We really enjoyed the plantbased sushi at this place. The Arancini as a starter were really tasty and the sushi was presented beautifully. If I had to complain about something I would say that the food was brought rather quickly. We had starters, main and a dessert and spent approximately 45 minutes there. It was no big deal, but when you spend 80€ in a restaurant, a little time to enjoy the evening between meals would be nice.
Read morePros: Beautifully presented food, Very tasty, not your average vegan sushi
Cons: On the pricy side, Food came rather quickly
