Great vegan pho & bao - Edit
Great spot in Manchester for vegan pho and bao . The Vietnamese tea was also tasty. Great service ! A little pricey but what isn’t these days . Would return .

Missed the mark - Edit
We tried a couple of small plates. The cha gio were delicious and appropriately accompanied by nuoc mam that met the tongue with joy. But the crispy tofu bao were way off- a dressing that was more akin to a texas barbecue than an asian street food. And the bill was far more than either the quantities or the quality would entice to return.

Vegan options - Edit
Not a vast amount of options for vegan fare, but if you're craving vegan pho, this is the best spot in downtown Manchester to get it. Staff is considerate of other dietary restrictions and allergies as well, good for gluten-free needs. Nice atmosphere if you dine in, convenient to get to right off of Elm St, and you won't feel out of place if you wanted to dress up a little for a night out.

Amazing food - Edit
We are vegetarian and the waiter made sure there was no chance of meat in our food. Only really had 2 options but they both were amazing!

Declicious Pho; Be careful customizing - Edit
Do yourself a favor and order their veggie pho and ask to add tofu. Comes with the perfectly seasoned veggie broth and satisfyingly fresh vegetables. Tofu was deliciously fried with just the right amount of absorbency. Worth adding if you’re into that sort of thing.
Read moreBut a word of caution: even though it says that items can be made vegan on request…don’t make ANY assumptions. We tried to order the spicy miso ramen. We thought easy enough, just ask for veggie broth instead of bone broth and no egg. But they used the cinnamon/clove/anise pho broth in the ramen which made the flavor very weird. And the kimchi in the ramen probably contained fish. So be careful out there ;)
Pros: Vegan pho!
Cons: Customizing was difficult

Amazing Pho! - Edit
I’ve been going here since they opened and I’ve been consistently impressed every time. There are a lot of great sounding options but I get the veggie pho almost every time because the broth is just so ridiculously good. I wanted to try their new vegetarian bao option but they were out last time I went, but they offered to make me one of the non-vegan options with tofu instead and it was excellent. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the Manchester area.
