Buga Ramen runs over 40 restaurants throughout Spain and each is set with an anime theme that embarks you on a culinary journey. We had the daily set menu with kimchi and vegetable gyozas as starters, followed by yasai miso ramen and kimchi ramen. The dessert is not included, I'm happy we still ordered the raspberry mochi, as it was outrageously delicious. They also figured out how to prepare a finger licking good kimchi. The gyozas were great as well. Only the ramen fell by the wayside, lacking a deeper umami flavour. Also, the mock meat 'Heura' in the dish doesn’t work at all cooked, it'd definitely need to be sautéed beforehand in order to achieve a satisfying texture and flavour, which consequently probably would enhance the overall taste experience.
