Promising sounding options but disappointing execution

They have three vegan friendly options in their tapas menu, and on paper they sound lovely:
- ENSALADA ANDALUZA: Asparagus tips, artichokes, sun blush tomatoes and sweet hinamin dressing
- ENSALADA FRESCA DE MALLORCA: Butter bean salad with roasted sweet potato, red onion, cherry tomatoes, coriander, parsley, pomegranate seeds, fresh mint and sherry vinaigrette.
- PIMIENTOS DE PADRÓN

The first two options sound really nice, but I suspect the use all tinned vegetables as the beans, artichokes, asparagus, tomatoes and "roasted " sweet potatoes were all very flavourless in a way that I have never experienced for these ingredients that are usually very flavourful. The second salad's dressing was too acidic (and I love sour that's saying something).
The padron peppers were nice, but not as good as those from the 78 in my opinion, which is kind of embarrassing for an authentic Spanish place!

The service was very nice, and their communication regarding allergens is extremely clear as there is a folder you can consult if needed.

If you're coming here with an omnivore group, you will get something to eat, but don't bother coming here on your own, there are better options nearby.

Pros: Clear allergen communication, Nice and helpful staff
