Poor choice & frozen - Edit
Horrible greasy food .they use to do a good choice of vegan/vegetarian foods ,as one of owners was a vegetarian. Now a very poor choice ,also they don't like it if you can ask to swap things on menu ,also most of food is frozen and just reheated

Very poor vegan choice now. One owner used to be vegetarian but since that ended, the cafe' has gone down hill.

Pleasantly surprised to find open on a sunday - Edit
HC said closed on Sunday but found it open. Lovely cafe - relaxed atmosphere and dog friendly. Has some outside seating.

No separate vegan menu but there are a few options. Hummus, pepper & avo wrap, veggie burger, baked potato with toppings. I ordered the falafel, greens & spicy tomato chutney wrap which was delish.

Lovely lunch - Edit
Opposite the Bedford tucked down the side of the church is a little gem. Perfect for a lunch or cake. We were a mixed group of veggie, vegan and meat eaters and this place suited everyone. Very helpful staff. They have great local chutney on sale. It has seating and toilets upstairs. Not extensive menu but options a bit limited in Tavistock so a great find and several options on specials board inside.
