Incredible healthy options - Edit
Love what they have amazing bowls and salads on the menu in addition to their diverse entrees. The nourishing ball is fantastic and so is the spicy pad Thai noodles

Excellent Food and Service - Edit
I received the best service! The waiter brought my food out (if felt like) within minutes. I got the orzo eggplant lasagne and it was delicious; it looked saucy but it had just the right amount. The ambiance was calm and elegant- the table was even set with real roses! I asked the waiter about their desserts and he brought out a platter with the different dessert options 🤯 I ordered the chocolate cake and it was sweet chocolate perfection. I would definitely visit this restaurant again!

Amazing 😍 - Edit
Was stopping through Atlanta for a night and am so happy I decided to try the food here! The service was amazing and the food even better. It was so good that I decided to pushed my departure time to later the next day so I could return for lunch! It's on the pricier side, but the portions are average to large (I had plenty of left overs) and the flavor is amazing!

Beautiful yet bland, customer svc not up to par - Edit
Haven’t visited in awhile, was really looking forward to an elevated experience (for the $20 spend); now wishing i’d just gone to (chain, fast casual) Flower Child. My Nourishing Bowl LOOKED lovely , but was missing ingredients (beets & almonds). Server may have been overburdened, as he didn’t came by to check on me after my food had arrived (bowl or missing ingredients). I had to ask x2 to get a menu, so I could check for advertised ingredients. Small dishes of said ingredients came; still the blandness remained. When I asked for a manager, my server said none was available/in-house. Waiter didn’t even ask why I was asking for a manager. The disinterest was REAL! Sadly, I won’t hurry back, nor recommend this place anytime soon.
Pros: Atmosphere, Variety, Food presentation
Cons: Bland, Inattentive, disinterested follow-up customer svc

Absolutely amazing! - Edit
I took my non-vegan boyfriend here for dinner last night and we loved it! He said the shrimp on his taco tasted just like “real” shrimp and that it was better even. The dumplings I had as a starter were heaven. We had key lime pie for dessert and it was so good. The staff was super friendly too, I’d definitely recommend going here!

A solid choice - Edit
We've been here several times, but this is the first time we've gotten to try their brunch. Had the Chicken Biscuit, Blueberry Pancakes, and the Tofu Benedict. The portions were hearty, and very tasty. I was super satisfied with the Chicken Biscuit (seitan chicken with a sweet orange jalapeno marmalade in a homemade biscuit, side of home fries, kale salad, and tofu scramble), and I'm still thinking about that kale and biscuit! The pancakes were delicious (though it's really just one HUGE pancake in the short stack). I enjoyed the sample of the Tofu Benedict, but I can't really speak to it.

Good Food - Edit
I probably should’ve tried an entree but judging from the appetizers, I’d come back. The fried Brussels were really good. The Caesar salad was good as well. The desserts look promising but didn’t make me bite.

Dining at Cafe for Over 20 Years - Edit
Just a note: the Sandy Springs location closed several years ago.
Read moreThe original owner sold awhile back and although the menu has changed slightly, the food is still delicious. My husband enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo and I had the orzo eggplant lasagna. Our guest raved over her Pad Thai. We all had leftovers to take home. The food reheats well. #Veganuary
Pros: Generous servings, Knowledgeable friendly staff
Cons: Miss visiting with the prior owner, Edward, Removed my favorite item from the menu, Which was the Portobello sandwich

Loved it! - Edit
Cafe Sunflower is a great restaurant with an extensive menu, nice atmosphere, and awesome service! I got the crispy wontons appetizer and fiesta enchilada as an entree. The enchilada was so good! My picture definitely doesn’t do it justice. My server, Sam, was super kind and helpful. Everything on the menu sounded delicious and I would have loved to try more of their food. I’ll definitely be back to Cafe Sunflower next time I’m in Atlanta!

The food was delicious and I love the menu variety here. Service was super friendly as well. Nice chill vibe. Save room for dessert because their cakes are scrumptious.

Nice fine dining but too sweet - Edit
I go to a lot of vegan spots and I do not say this lightly - everything was way too sweet. Brussels - doused in sweet chili sauce. Spicy pad Thai with coconut cream sauce - more sweet than spicy. Impossible meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and kale - the meatloaf was covered in a very sweet glaze and the kale was in a very sweet mustard sauce. Delicious to be sure, but personally I like to save the sweet part of the meal for after - the amazing cake selection. I'm sure other things on the menu are less sweet, but the fact that I would have to hunt for them makes me unlikely to return.

For the fine dining vegan - Edit
Awesome to have a little bit of nicer vegan spot! A bit of a classier spot that has a good range of vegan dishes and extremely good desserts. The vegan brunches on Saturdays are something that's a must try as well! Prices are a bit high since it's a bit nicer, and the quality of dishes ranges a bit but the curry, salads are really good.

quality dinner spot - Edit
The food here was great. While it does cost more, you’re definitely getting what you pay for. If you’re looking for a nicer/“fancier” dinner spot, I would definitely recommend this place.
Read more-artichoke spinach dip: very good as a lighter appetizer, although it is only served with regular corn chips (no pita) and is a bit on the smaller side. it’s a nice size for two people, but anything larger than that would not give you too much. the dip itself was very thick and tasty.
-pesto pasta: so so good. the portion size was large and the garlic bread that came with was very yummy. the pesto itself is on the lemony side, so just make sure you’re ok with that.
-“chicken” parm: also very very good, and a large portion size. the red sauce was incredible, nice and light yet still flavorful. i also liked how there were some veggies in the dish. the seitan chicken was decent, but it initially reminded me of vegan calamari.
Pros: quality food, large portion sizes for the pasta, friendly staff
Cons: appetizers seem kind of small, drinks were also a bit expensive for their size

Good variety of dishes but menu does not change frequently. Somewhat pricey for the portions. Also do not get the iced coffee (it is hot coffee with ice)

Lives up to the expectations - Edit
Had high expectations about it being the best vegan restaurant in ATL. They knocked it out of the park with the quesadilla. Simple ingredients, but so delicious and light. Their guac and salsa were very rich in taste and I had to ask them some chips to finish both. The Gyro Wrap was good I felt, but not as good as the quesadilla. The fries that came with it were on point. Had the Chocolate All the way through pastry for dessert and it was beautiful. The staff brought a whole tray with all the pastries available when asked for dessert menu, which was pretty cool.
