No vegan or vegetarian options, slow service

I arrived at 5.10 and ordered the veggie meat burrito. After 20 minutes the waiter came to tell that they dont have the veggie meat, but could make me one with all the sides (aka mainly salad and salsa). This didn’t appeal so I left. The staff were perfectly nice but I don’t understand why it took 20 mins to tell me that they didn’t have this item. I would avoid or check carefully what they actually have when you arrive.

Kind of disappointing

Food was good but service was rather unprofessional. After letting the waiter know I'm vegan, I asked if they could make the nachos vegan by bringing the sauces aside so that my omni friends could still dip. They said that was easy peasy and so they did, however shredded dairy cheese was all over the nachos, so no starter for me. I admit this is my fault as for trying to modify a dish which wasn't offered with vegan option, so you'd better stick to the vegan dishes in the menu. I made a risky bet and lost. Fair enough.
However I ordered the vegan meatball burrito and they just served me the vegan beef burrito just because. It was tasty and huge, I'll give you that, but it wasn't what I ordered and they gave no explanation for the change (I didn't request it either, I had enough with the nachos issue).
All things considered, I think I wouldn't come back

Pros: Huge and tasy burrito, Location, Fair priced

Cons: Unprofessional service
