Cantine de lotus is that kind of restaurant where you want to go once in a while, to try another dish on the menu !

Everything is tasty, and I've never been disappointed.
I also really like the starter skewers, like the fried tteokbokki or vegetables, that you can enjoy and share with friends.
Service is fast but I recommend to go early to avoid queuing outside.
Pros: Reasonnable prices
Cons: Go early or you may have to queue for a bit, I wish they had vegan desserts besides mochis

My partner and I have been going to Cantine de Lotus for over two years now and it's one of our favorite vegan restaurant. The menu offers a lot of options and all the food we tried is delicious and original. Our favorites are the Bao "poulet", the "canard larqué" and the amazing matcha latte. The staff is also extremely kind and we're always happy to see them. The place can be quickly crowded so I'd recommend going there as soon as it opens. The service is quick and efficient though, so if you don't mind standing outside a bit, it's worth waiting for it.

Very small place so there's often a line out the front. They have an English menu available. I loved the mushroom and eggplant skewers, and the mapo tofu was nice with a good level of heat (if you like it hot). Only issue was that all items were incredibly salty, which made them hard to enjoy.

Tout est excellent et les prix ne sont pas excessifs pour le quartier (environ 13€ par plat). Le moindre légume est parfaitement assaisonné, je conseille le poulet mariné au sud ! (Le canard laqué est également délicieux)

Went here on our first night in paris and ended up coming back every night of our stay the food was so good. The staff were amazing and by the end remembered us and our order. They were super helpful and took amazing care of us. While it it vegetarian the majority of the menu is vegan or can be made so it is. After some very stressful days in Paris this place always made us feel better. The restaurant itself it so cute and the vibe was immaculate. They had menus in english too which was the cherry on top. couldn’t recommend this place highly enough

We stayed in Paris for 3 nights. We were so happy to find this gem and went back for dinner all 3 nights. The staff were lovely, the food was cheap and filling. Great atmosphere. It’s a very busy place but you don’t have to wait long for a table. Very accomodating

Clear labelling of vegan vs vegetarian food. Food was great. I had the spicy aubergine which wasn't that spicy tbh after I was warned about the mapo tofu being very spicy. If you want to avoid the queue, just go when they are opening.

accueil très sympathique et professionnel, le personnel est à l'écoute et très souriant. Le cadre est magnifique et convivial propre et chaleureux. c'est calme et les clients sont agréables. Coté cuisine nous sommes servit rapidement mais agréablement et toujours avec le sourire. La cuisine est délicieuse et gouteuse, nous avons toutes les saveurs en bouche. les assiettes sont bien garnis et il y a un large choix. entrées plats desserts tout est parfait. franchement vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et en plus les prix sont très raisonnables. Je reviens très vite avec plaisir... ne changez rien vous êtes parfait, une magnifique équipe. !!!!

Excellent restaurant asiatique qui propose des simili-carnés à couper le souffle ! Et les mochis vegan sont excellents également (j'ai pris celui au litchi). Les serveuses sont très sympas mais le service est assez expéditif surtout en heures de pointe.

Je n'avais que 15min devant moi je n'ai pris que la salade de papaye et une sorte de thé glacé gingembre, en toute fin de service. J'ai été servie en a peine 5min, la salade et la boisson étaient très fraîches et très bonnes. J'y retournerai pour un repas complet une prochaine fois.
