Solid burritos, limited options - Edit
The burritos are good, but the quality has gone down a bit. Cartel Crazy Burrito Shack used to be my go-to for burritos, but recently I have received not fully cooked vegetables / potatoes in my burritos more than once. Unfortunately they only have one vegetarian option (based on sweet potatoes) and you have to ask for no cheese and no sour cream to make it vegan.

Sweet potato based - Edit
Their vegan burrito is based on sweet potatoes which didn't fully convince me. The rest of the ingredients are very good, though, and you can choose your own. Chips are always included. Vegan labelling is not great, though, you have to ask about individual ingredients when unsure.
