Renovated country house offering bed and breakfast as well dinners (call to reserve). Serves staying guests 100% vegan breakfast using local ingredients, which consists of foods like sourdough bread and pizza baked in a wood burning oven, biscuits, freshly picked fruit, organic fruit juices, soya milk, tofu, tea, and tea. On Saturdays, guests may participate in sourdough baking workshops.

Tornati ieri dalla vacanza a Casa Payer. Un'esperienza emozionante. Paola e Luca sono due padroni di casa eccezionali, andare da loro è stato come ritrovare degli amici che non vedi da tempo. Arrivi e sei subito"a casa".
Read moreLa casa è splendida, i dintorni anche, la loro cucina ESAGERATA! C'è ricerca di prodotti di qualità e rispettosi dell'ambiente ad ogni livello, a partire dal cibo fino al sapone in bagno.
In questo momento della vita passare del tempo a Casa Payer era quello che desideravamo e le aspettative sono state persino superate. Andar via è stata una fatica, ma certamente torneremo, anche solo per impastare di nuovo assieme.
Un saluto anche a tutti gli animali di casa che l'ultima sera sono "venuti a salutarci", meravigliosi.

Luogo magico, sembra di essere immersi in una fiaba di fate e folletti! Casa meravigliosa, stanze pulite e curate nei minimi particolari, cibo vegano e cucinato strepitosamente con amore da Luca e Paola, due anime eccezionali, accoglienti e disponibili. Cosa dire? Non esiste un'unità di misura per quantificare il mio livello di soddisfazione quindi, anche se riduttivo, posso definirlo un posto eccezionale!

We had the most amazing and inspiring time at casa payer. What a beautiful and relaxing paradise. The hosts are so sweet, the food is great, the rooms are perfect. Paola and Luca inspired us to follow our own path towards a greener, more quiet life away from the crowds. We will definitely come back.

Un posto molto bello e tranquillo, in mezzo ad un bosco con pochissimi animali umani e tanti non umani. La coppia che gestisce è simpaticissima, molto professionale, ottimi cuochi. Il silenzio regna sovrano. È veramente un angolo di paradiso che stenti a credere che esista! E tra l'altro non è per niente caro.... anzi!

A vegan BnB dream come true - Edit
Casa Payer Is the place you want to be at. Luca and Paola renewed a casale in the woods and made a wonderful and cozy BnB. You can enjoy a walk in the woods around you, or relax in the Sala Mantra where the hosts installed some indoor swings. And the food! Luca and Paola will prepare you the most genuine, km 0, vegan breakfast and dinners. It took them years to master their recipies and it pays off. Saturday afternoon you can participate to the "panificazione" of the bread, and the evenings are reserved for homemade pizza. Rooms are big, nice and cozy, fully equipped to cook if you wish. Luca, Paola and their pets are great hosts ti have a great chat with. Absolutely recommended!

It's not the first time We've been to Casa Payer and it won't be the last- arriving in the oasis created by Paola & Luca an their daughter Gaia in the woods of Pellice Valley makes me understand how much human can give a positive and future leading influence to the world. You can feel their continuous effort in rending this place a special one where you can come to and arrive. And in the same time there's so much open-mindedness toward who ist coming towards what's happening around them. That is mindfulness made reality.

Read moreVom Essen (besonders zu empfehlen auch das Abendessen, nach Absprachen mit den beiden Gastgebern) bis zu ökologisch durchdachten Energieversorgung der Zimmer über die besonders angenehme Gastfreundschaft (Lucas indivudell und handgemachten Karten sind herzlich, hilfreich und berühmt) und die wundervolle Lage sowie immer wieder netten Gästen kann man sich nur positiv äussern. Wir waren jetzt zu fast allen Jahreszeiten für ein paar Tage dort Gäste und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
