Top beijing recommend!

Cosy decoration, DELICIOUS FOOD, and reasonable prices for vegan food, had to come back here for my last meal in China! Very friendly service with a lovely staff member who remembered us visiting 5 weeks ago at the start of our trip! Definitely recommend to eat vegan but still have a taste of chinese food. The mushroom dish was amazing and the kimchi pancake was great too.

Great dinner experience

Amazing food and dinner experience. We loved everything, from the food to the atmosphere. Try to make a reservation beforehand as the place is quite small. They have an instagram account where you can contact them.

High quality food!

What an amazing restaurant! The menu is quite a bit smaller than other restaurants but everything they serve is of the highest quality. They also had a big selection of vegan wines if that is your thing.

If you want to try this place, I would definitely recommend sending them a dm on Instagram to reserve a table as we saw a few people get turned away.

World class.

Truly sensational, divine food - irresistible flavours, perfectly balanced. Heavenly and sinfully good textures - an exceptionally talented chef has worked magic. Delicious wine and wonderful staff. A very special place indeed.
Might return from the UK just to eat here.
Thank you so much and please never change!

Cons: Essen

We’re incredibly sorry you had a negative experience. We assure you that every dish is authentically Chinese as even the chilli sauces have been hand made from different provinces in China. We also don’t do any fusion dishes with western cuisine and our level of spice is far from that of Europe. Please let us know what you ordered as to understand your review and can make appropriate amends. Chao.

Not to be missed!

Beautiful little restaurant on the edge of a bust Hutong area. The menu is small but mighty - full of big hitters.

More of a European small plates vibe, rather than the large sharing plates in most Chinese restaurant, which made it easier for 2 people to try a lot of things!

Staff speak great English, and they also have a great array of drinks including wine and sake.

Pros: Kimchi pancake and spring rolls, Lovely atmosphere, Great portion size and price

Cons: No toilet, only public (typical for that area tho)

Delicous food and great service

Small, charming restaurant with perfectly English-speaking service, international wines, and the best crispy tofu I’ve ever had. Not exactly cheap, but definitely worth the price.

Pros: Delicous food, Most friendly service

Cons: Problems with WiFi

Delightful mapo tofu

We were thrilled to find this after a wander through the hutongs. The mapo tofu is the star, but we also really enjoyed the dumplings and kimchi pancakes. Great vibe and delicious food!

Cozy vibes, great decor. Friendly service. We got the Chardonnay from shangri-la which was really good. the portion sizes are nice to share. The yuba was our favorite dish! If I had more time in Beijing I’d be going back!

A really nice and trendy place. Delicious food and a great selection of wines. It seems that mostly foreigners were here. The waitress was very friendly and spoke English very well.

Tiny Spot, Huge Flavor — A Must-Visit Vegan Gem in Beijing 🇨🇳

The food here was truly amazing—everything we tried was delicious. While the service was a little slow, the quality of the food more than made up for it. This is a very small restaurant with only a few tables, so it feels intimate and cozy.

The homemade noodles and dumplings are an absolute must-try and the fried tofu was also outstanding—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Despite the wait, this place easily earned a spot in our top five restaurants we ate during our 2 weeks in China.

If you’re in Beijing, I highly recommend coming here.

Sooo cozy

I had the Hunan Style Tofu which was delicious and had a good amount of spice. Wish it would have been a bigger portion so. The Mountain delicacy rice wrap were two pieces, a bit small, but also very tasty!
The TaoZi rice pudding was good too, i really liked the consistency.
The atmosphere was good, nice music and super friendly staff.
Overall i am very happy that i found this place.

Excellent small vegan restaurant

A very good restaurant with diverse vegan dish. The restaurant is quite small, less than 10 tables so it can be filled quite quickly. The staff is very friendly and speaks English and a little bit French.

Great small restaurant

Great vegetarian and vegan food, but a bit pricey for Beijing so expect a lot of foreigners/tourists. Helpful staff that speaks English. Not too many tables, so it fills up quickly
