Went there for a soup and a burger. Everything tasted good but the burger was really a hastle to eat. Too big and the bun was toasty so it kinda crumbled when eating it. #Veganuary

The Hawaiian ceviche was good, but even with the mild level of spice it was too spicy for me.

The food turned out fine, and the dessert was great, but I found this to be one of the more costly Vegan restaurants for the portion sizes. I had the tacos, and was a bit disappointed to find the portion of beans to be about a tablespoon or two… compared to how full the taco is (These can get quite messy) I felt like i was eating mostly lettuce peppers and avocado. There is no lack of vegetable here for sure, but the protein is lackluster. Especially since i got it for its African bean stew. The dessert was a great avocado chocolate mousse. With beautiful presentation. Overall the meal was fair, but the price is what brings this restaurant down. One of the more costly vegan spots, and leaves a bit to be desired.

Excellent Vegan Food with Many Choices - Edit
Ambiance is wonderful, warm, and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is in the San Blas area of Cusco. The menu has many choices, and the beer selection is good. We found the food we ordered was tasty and fun. The quinoa sushi appetizer was a delight! Chia Vegan Kitchen is now on my list of favorite vegan restaurants, anywhere.

This place is definitely one of the best places in Cusco to get vegan food! They have an extensive menu with local and international dishes as well as a daily lunch menu and some different options in the morning for breakfast. We tried the Crepes, a breakfast option with scrambled tofu as well as the vegan chicharron and all the dishes were really delicious. Big recommendation to get some food here during your stay in Cusco.

I ate at Chia almost every day during my 1 month stay in Cusco. I liked it that much. They have a pretty extensive menu with a lot of good dishes. Also a wide selection of natural juices and even cocktails. And the hostess Martyna is just awesome!

Seriously. It's that good. Varied and extensive vegan menu with fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. I was blown away. You must come here in Cusco. You're 3,300m above sea level but I challenge you to find better vegan food anywhere on the planet.

This was the first restaurant I tried upon arriving to Cusco, and it was a great decision to do so! The staff was extremely polite and accommodating, and every dish is a literal work of art. The ambiance is very welcoming and would be the perfect atmosphere for a date night. Definitely worth visiting for every vegan that comes to Cusco.
