Best vegan food in Vietnam! - Edit
This restaurant was my favourite place to eat in Vietnam. Not only was the food delicious and well priced but everyone at the chickpea eatery were so kind and friendly. They are truely committed to a vegan philosophy and you can see that they care deeply for every living animal. Cannot recommend this place enough!

YOU MUST GO HERE!!! - Edit
Where do I even start. The two girls working here are so cute and so lovely and just want you to have a really good experience. The food is also sooo yummy and the menu has heaps of variety and different choices. I was in Hoi An for only a few days and I had to go here twice because it was so good. They have a tip jar that goes to people in need, and they have these cute little signs spreading positive messages around the restaurant. Please please support this place and write a good review!

Best vegan food in Vietnam! - Edit
Such a cute little restaurant. Owned and run by a very lovely family, extremely accommodating and friendly. The Bao buns were my favourite, but there are many other vegan options to choose from! Hard to find restaurant as it isn’t clear on maps, but worth the persistence!! Such a good spot, glad I found it.

Hello Annie! Chickpea Eatery is located at 86/5 Phan Chau Trinh. Go to 86 Phan Chau Trinh. There is a small alley right in between a local coconut store and a kindergarten. Walk in that alley for about 3 minutes and you will find a cute little eatery in yellow color with a garden.

This restaurant is super cute and the food is all vegan and really yummy. I had a smoothie, Vietnamese noodles, and a burger with their own homemade patty. It was all delicious and the owners are super nice! Would 100% recommend!!

A hidden gem in Hoi An - Edit
We loved our experience at Chickpea Eatery in Hoi An! They have another one in Da Nang, which is also unique and different from other vegan places. Chickpea Eatery is a family-run business and it’s great to learn that the family is also vegan! They have both traditional vietnamese food and western food, which can satisfy the needs of vegans. My favorite ones is Crispy roll noodles, Cao Lau, Banh xeo, protein burger, Bao buns, pasta, special tray of Bun Dau Mam Tom and their yummy desserts. What I love about this place is the family is so kind, friendly and they can speak english very well! They are also vegan so there are many things that we can share in common. The location is very good, just about 5 minutes walk or so from the Hoi An Japanese Bridge. It’s located in a small alley so it is like a hidden gem! To those who’s reading this review, dont hesitate to visit them as they are worth every penny! I also learned that they give back to the community because they always give meals to the disadvantaged people as much as they can! Coming here to eat great vegan food and supporting the locals and their kind wills, then why not come here right?

Perfect place, amazing food - Edit
Me & my husband ate here, it was absolutely gorgeous, the food was amazing, we started with the fresh spring rolls, they blew us away, so tasty, I then had the vegan cheese salad, it had so many unbelievable flavours! My husband had the cauliflower Alfredo pasta, he absolutely loved it! We both left full & extremely happy, I'm so sad we were only staying in Hoi An 1 night, I wanted to go back here to try everything on the menu! The location is perfect, it beautifully decorated, Mai & the team were so lovely & friendly, they went out of there way to make it special! I would advise anyone to visit here, carnivores or herbivores, it can be enjoyed by all, soooooo delicious! ❤️

Amazing place! - Edit
This is a lovely family run restaurant, hidden away in an alley in a peaceful setting. The owner is really welcoming and lovely. She spoke to us about her passion for veganism. The menu focuses on healthy vegan options. The tempeh bao buns and Vietnamese noodle salad with crispy spring rolls were delicious. They also had a homemade vegan cheese platter (which we didn’t try).

Best in Hoi An - Edit
The loveliest little restaurant on a side street of Hanois busy centre. A budist family run vegan restaurant. Calm peaceful environment. AMAZING fresh and delicious food and the host was the sweetest person ever. I could not recommend this enough. I only regret discovering it soo late during my trip.
