- Dirty toilet and especially sink. There is really no excuse for how dirty the toilet was.
- I ordered a rose flower tea. The infusion tasted of nothing. Hot water with maybe a distant hint of dried grass. I explained this to the waiter, who got extremely defensive, and was reluctant to take it back. His argument was that it's supposed to be this way (it seemed like other customers have complained about the same thing before... maybe it's time to replace that tea). I'm a big tea fan, and this was certainly not how it's supposed to taste.

The cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired, dirt and mess. The order was delivered one to one in the course of an hour and that we just ordered toast and coffee. The staff was very friendly and the service was slow and the food was just ok unless you want to eat tasteless food. Based on the reviews I expected something much better, but it's just okay. I think they can improve the decor and the food.

I have to agree with this review. I visited the place a couple of days ago and they were washing cups with their hands and not using soap, just water and then serving it to us. The walls were very dirty as well as the access in-between the kitchen and the bar. The food was just ok, not spectacular. I wouldn't put this restaurant high on my recommended list.

Super little place with wonderful staff and mostly great food. Not sure why their kitchen cannot cook french fries, but most of mine were under-cooked... really sad considering some were cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this place, just avoid the fries or tell them to extra fry them. :)

Wanted to love it. Food was pretty good, decent but didn’t knock our socks off. Fries underdone. Bao w nuggets and Bbq very heavy on the sauce. Pancakes had an acrid flavor. Bathroom was smelly. Asked for special of the day but it wasn’t ready for another 45 minutes

The BEST cafe in Madrid absolutely- because, of the amazingly kind staff and the FOOD, which always tastes absolutely amazing. The food selection here is unique and diverse for a cafe in Spain, and everything is tasty and great quality. The cafe itself has such a homey vibe to it, and it’s a great place to come and do work to, with unlimited WiFi! I love this place so SO much and go as often as I can!

Nice to find this small sweet place. Not many tables but we we were able to get a table. Great food made with love! We had the bbq chicken, pancakes, tomato toast and salty pancakes for lunch and carrot cake for dessert - would have it all again!

We ate the brunch with a seasonal soup, fresh orange juice, coffee, main dish and dessert for all together 13€. Everything was super delicious but the dessert was unbelievable. We ate two cakes for dessert, one carrot cake and one Oreo cake.

We went for brunch and we were not disappointed! The food was really good, but everything was topped by the cake in the end. We had the carrot and Oreo cake and both were amazing. Hands down the best cake I've ever had.

Near Gran Via 50, everything vegan. Good coffee!! Try their oat milk capuccino with rose syrup or vanilla its both good. They have pasta and sandwich as early as 830am in the morning, as well as everything they have in the menu - - which is great. We had the bolognese pasta and tomato, lettuce, ham sandwich and both were really good!

They were very nice. I had the pancakes with the fruit of the day (kiwi, banana, apple, blackberries) and vegan whipped cream. They weren’t too busy when I arrived (pretty early after they opened as I had a 7 hour layover in Madrid). They were busier as time went on yet did not rush me out. I sat using the WiFi and charging my phone and then left to walk the city.

Wow! I can't believe I haven't been here before. The food is so tasty and doesn't take a long time to arrive. The staff were really friendly too. I can't wait to go back here. I don't think the pictures of the food do it justice. It's so tasty and you don't get that 'heavy' feeling after eating some meat substitutes. The prices are also pretty reasonable. It appears to be a relatively small business so definitely go and support them. After eating one dish I had to order another because it was so yum!
