Great food, cosy place - Edit
Had the salty pancakes and avo on toast - hadn't tried a vegan ham substitute before and was pretty good (not that I remember what the real thing tastes like). The only reason I couldn't award 5* is they forgot my coffee which I was really looking forward to. Otherwise we'll worth a brunch visit, good food, well priced.

Very good bao - Edit
We had 2 different types of bao and they were very nice. We also tried pancake and a sponge cake and they were very nice. I am not a fan of the green tea it was a little bitter but lemonade is also good!

Fresh & Yummy - Edit
I had the kebab, burger and salty pancake for lunch - I was very hungry and finished it all. The "egg" thing on the salty pancake was a really great texture - and tasted soo good.
Read moreMy sister had the salad with popcorn chikn. It was all so yummy. I tried 3 veg restaurants in Madrid and this was my favorite meal.
The waiter was super nice and friendly. A bit difficult to find. I walked right by it. It needs better signage and needs to clean up the front area for better visibility.
Pros: Friendly staff, fresh components
Cons: small, decor is cluttered

Vegan and NON-Vegan CAN HAPPY:) - Edit
If someone asks me whehe the best vegan restaurant is in Madrid, I will say "Chilling Cafe" without a hesitation. When I arrived Madrid on the first day, i found this place. Then headed away for a travel around Spain. on my last day in this beautiful country, i returned here again because this is the BEST VEGAN CAFE ever in my life!!!(my favorite is salty pancake;) )

Good food - Edit
We had the Indian bow, avocado toast and popcorn salad. Salad was great, toast was ridiculously small but tasty. We were 2 and wanted to share the bow, waitress mentioned it's 2 pieces, and when we got a plate with just 1, we wondered how come. She said they made the bow too big so they only made one. This is not a professional answer, and of course made it hard to share.

They offer brunch, it' rather small portions but in the end the amount was fine. They have great rose tea and delicious carrot cake.

Loved the savoury pancake - Edit
Great place with friendly staff. I loved the savoury pancake with spinach, tomato, 'ham' and 'Dutch sauce'. I was there on easter monday around noon and there were enough tables available.

Chillin and Delicious! - Edit
Small comfortable vegan restaurant with a Spanish-Asian mixed menu. Nice portions at a decent price. We ordered pancakes with fruit, toast with hummus, tofu/chicken salad, and bao with nuggets. All were super-delicious.

Good lunch - Edit
Can't quite recall what we got here. I got some veggie croquettes on a little salad, they were delicious. Husband got a different small plate, very good as well. It was a really small amount of food, so we ordered a sandwich after that which was really good too. The service was nice. Prices were very reasonable.

I was craving three things: green salad, tomato toast, and matcha tea; plus a chance to chill, study, and scroll (WiFi) for a bit. I got it all here!

Yummy and Relaxing - Edit
I was only in Madrid for two days and came to eat at Chillin' cafe twice. The first time I ordered a slightly underwhelming salad which as made up for by the oreo cake ! The second day I made better decisions and went for the tomato tostada which was so simple but unbelievably tasty and the vegan nuggets which were just as good. As well as the food, the interior of the cafe is lovely and the vibe is so relaxing.

Great staff and really great food - Edit
I came here a few times while in town and all the food was great. At first I was a little sad at the “small” menu (there were many photos on their social media, they all looked so good and I wanted to try them all) but it made sense that the place couldn’t make all those dishes all the time, and I was really blown away by what I was able to order. People were really sweet too.

Fantastic - Edit
Great vegan pancakes (plenty options for toppings) and several cake options - we had the oreo one and it was good. Enjoyed the hummus trio. Only disappointment was that there was no Spanish tortilla.

Amazing, inexpensive vegan food/drinks! - Edit
This place is the highlight of my trip to Madrid. Amazing vegan food & drinks from the 100% vegan menu. The place itself is so cute and cozy. Staff is kind and multi-lingual. I can’t say enough good things! A main dish is only 6€ with things like avocado toast priced low at 3€. We have come multiple days in a row for breakfast/brunch because we love it so much! Great for vegans and meat-eaters alike!
