New vegan store in the neighborhood - Edit
This new store is a blessing for vegans, it was really lacking in this area of Madrid! You'll have plenty of options, and at a reasonable price. I bought a vegan truffle cheese from a brand that I had seen at Herbolario Navarro but hadn't found that flavour there :)

The prices are decent, paying no more or less than other vegan stores in Madrid. The staff offered free samples without trying to sell us anything we didn’t want.
