Great ambience, good vegan food - Edit
Several vegan options for breakfast, some salads and sandwiches are vegan too. Their daily menu had a vegan pumpkin risotto but was sold out in the evening😒The vegan protein sandwich (oyster mushrooms with vegan gouda and mozzarella) was really delicious. The side salad was a little plain, though. They have a nice selection of vegan ice cream too. The black sesame flavour was delicious!

Relaxing & tasty - Edit
This is a very relaxing cafe with beautiful interiors and a menu with a good selection of vegan and vegetarian options.
Read moreWe had breakfast here and I was spoiled for choice. On this occasion, I settled for the breakfast bread basked with freshly made almond butter and raspberry jam. The different bread slices where really nice and the jam tasted homemade.
I'll certainly come back for the vegan scrambled egg (made with chickpeas). The cafe is close to La Mer, so you can take a nice walk before or after your food. The only issue is that there's not a lot of parking around.
Pros: Really nice interiors, Good variety of clearly marked veg options, Near the beach
Cons: Not a lot of parking nearby

Good vegan options. - Edit
Very good food, we had the spicy sweet potatoes with guac, the cesar salad, the vegan bowl and the chocolate cake. The sweet potatoes were amazing! The other dishes were ok.

Very cool - Edit
A really nice place to hang out, and close to the beach too. The adjoining shop sells beautiful things that you can look at after enjoying a tasty meal in their gorgeous terrace. A very relaxed lunch and really nice food- just wish it had been slightly bigger😄

It deserves a 5 stars - Edit
This restaurant-shop is a very special place. The interieur design is gorgeus and charming. Inspired by a natural and organic soul, you live an experience peace of mind while eating cool and creative dishes. The menu is full of options and the most of them are vegan or vegetarien. We had a super tasty hummus with carrots seasoned with rosemary, vegan lasagne gluten free so delicious in a cauliflower bechamel and a tasty salad bowl enriched by seeds. All was tasty, one of a kind and healhy. At last we had a tasteful experience with an intriguing black sesam ice cream (vegan) and a delicious vegan Chai Tea. We recommend this place to spend a good moment and eat very healthy without missing the pleasure of discovering new fantastic tastes

One of the nicest places to eat in Dubai - Edit
Comptoir 102 is probably the best restaurant I have been to in Dubai.
Read moreReally fresh ingredients, a menu that changes very regularly (daily?), a good selection of smoothies/juices and, above all, no sugar in all of their recipes.
All of this comes together in a beautiful and incredibly tasteful designed space, connected to a concept decor and clothes shop.
A bit pricey, but so is everywhere else, and at least here you are paying for quality.
They also held a market every Saturday if I'm not mistaken (Greenhearts Organic Market) with fresh and organic produce.
A gem in Dubai.
Pros: No sugar menu, A lot of smoothies, The market held on weekends
Cons: $$$, Portions could be bigger

Great vegan Options at this Health Café - Edit
Comptoir 102 is a Health Café only serving organic, sugar-free and mostly gluten-free food connected to a concept store in Jumeirah 1. They've got a daily changing menu with a vegan option, a great drinks menu including unique vegan smoothies, juices, tea and coffee and a regular breakfast and lunch/dinner menu with a lot of vegan dishes. I tried the Seewead Pesto on Guacamole and it was absolutely delicious! Furthermore I can recommend the Matcha Avocado Ice Cream as a semi-sweet vegan desert!

Funky oasis in fancy Dubai - Edit
One of my favorite places for a healthy lunch in Dubai. I love the avocado crostini with macadamia sauce. So yummy, although it could be a slightly bigger portion to be honest. The fresh juices and smoothies are worth a try, although again they are relatively small (and not cheap.)
Read moreI love the decor/setting of Comptoir102, especially the outdoor seating area at the frontside. It's definitely different from your usual posh Dubai places, this is more the relaxed/alternative kinda place like the hippie areas of Barcelona etc.
Pros: Delicious, Nice atmosphere
Cons: Small portions
