Vegan food truck est. 2017. Offers Thai food like spring rolls, curries and stir-frys as well western style foods like burgers and wraps. Tuesdays at "De punt " Kerkstraat 108, Gentbrugge 11:30am-2pm & 5-8pm. Fridays at Craft Industries, Frederik Burvenichstraat 171, Gentbrugge, 5-8pm. Book the food truck or request for catering by filling out the form on the website. Open Tue 11:30-14:00, 17:00-20:00, Fri 17:00-20:00.

Leur « Thaï Soy » est à tomber par terre 😃 . C’est croquant, savoureux et goûteux. Ce sont des tranches de protéines de Soja texturées, passées à la friteuse. C’est un tantinet gras et selon moi l’accompagner d’une sauce aigre-douce n’est pas le meilleur choix mais ça reste diablement bon 😋 .

I have had food from their food truck a couple of times now. They serve delicious meals and are very friendly. Will definitely get food from them again. I have tried the soup, Pad Thai and Thai Soy.

We’ve tried it for the first time yesterday evening and we loved it! Everything was really good, but we were especially impressed with the Thai Soi starter! We’ll definitely be back.

Another food truck I visited at Vegan A'fairs (Brugge) and I was certainly impressed. Already having had something to eat I ordered the Pad Thai for my daughter and then on a whim decided to order a Tom kha soup for myself.
Read moreThe soup was really nice and full of flavours, and the small amount of Pad Thai that my daughter let me try was also delicious. If I worked in Gentbrugge I'd probably be a regular visitor to their food truck. Point of note: The cutlery that is shown in my photos looks like standard plastic but is in fact biodegradable 👍

This is a must try! The service is impecable, several fresh dishes prepared within the hour, a warm welcome and great food to take home (in your own containers, if you want!). The food tastes delicious, our whole family loved it
