My favourite bakery in BA! - Edit
This chain is amazing! It's all vegan, so yummy and fresh. I went here several times and especially enjoyed the sourdough bread and stuffed croissants!

This is a Palermo branch of an all-vegan bakery chain. It is for takeout only. I prefer the food here than the food at Panem (another popular bakery chain in Buenos Aires); I particularly like their "cheese" scones.

All different kinds of breads and pastries. I had 2 different Almond croissants. Lovely! One more sweet than the other, but I can't remember which because I ate them so fast!

Especially croissant stole my heart. Super crunchy, with a lot of filling. You would never recognise that's vegan!
Besides sweets they have also bread, baguettes, wraps, empanadas, juices.
For sure I will come back to that place!

I are here every day for breakfast. I tried so many vegan pastries like the cinnamon roll, the almond croissant and the chocolate croissant. Everything was so good! It seems to be a chain so there should be several locations to choose from.

I loved all the creative options. Pastries, bread, salads, wraps, focaccia etc. I tried the spinach wrap with beets, the ceasar salad and an apple pastry (the latter wasn't exactly my taste but that doesn't mean it wasn't good in quality). I will definitely go there again when I'm back in Palermo. Great food for little money!

There are numerous delicious affordable options of all the baked goods I have missed. The store is clean, the location is walking distance to numerous vegan /hipster businesses.
