Serves meat, vegan options available. Colombian restaurant chain. Has updated their menu and now have a dedicated section of vegan and vegetarian dishes, including several vegan soups and salads, three vegan crepes, a vegan mushroom pita (which is more like a pizza) and 10 different flavors of vegan ice cream, including golden latte and coconut lemonade. The vegan dishes are cooked separately! Drinks are available with plant milk. Also has a salad bar where you can build your own salad (almost all options are vegan). For breakfast, a vegan acai bowl is available. (Please note that some of the new vegan dishes may not be available at all of the locations.) Open Mon-Sat 8:00am-10:00pm, Sun 8:00am-9:00pm.

I got the vegan pita and it was really tasty! I was pretty skeptical that this chain would have good vegan food, but now I am a fan. Vegan ice cream options is a nice bonus too! I love the cacao nibs.

At this point I’ve tried every vegan item in their menu and I highly recommend, specially the Pita del Bosque (pictured here). It was heavenly, better than many pizzas I’ve had in fully vegan restaurants!!

I went here thinking I was going to get a crepe for breakfast. My Spanish is not very good so I couldn't understand the reason why crepes weren't being served on the day that I went at breakfast. As a vegan my options were limited to the fruit bar and an acai bowl. Both were very fresh and worth it!
Read moreFor what it's worth, I happened into another location of this restaurant near dinner time and excitedly went to get my crepe. It came open faced which I did not expect (I think this was a language barrier thing and it could have been requested closed) and was not anything special. It was not bad either. I've been spoiled my fully vegan crepe restaurants in Los Angeles and Berlin. Don't come here thinking you are going to get a special vegan crepe. Maybe come for the crepe if you are traveling with omnivores and this place appeals to them. Again, it wasn't bad. I came in expecting more.

I love Crepes & Waffles! It is a fantastic option for going out with non-veggie friends because there is something for everyone on the menu. All the dishes are very tasty and the chain makes an effort to include more healthy and veggie-friendly options. I am mildly obsessed with their Montes de María salad which comes with grilled tofu, black beans, avocado and tahini sauce. The salad bar is great for take-out. The Covarachía soup is amazing as well (you have to ask them to leave out the cream to make it vegan), as well as the new vegan autumn soup. I recently tried their new vegan bolognese crepe and I was positively surprised, it was even better than I expected. The only downside was that the wait was really long because they make it in a separate cooking area. Crepes is just always great and this is one at Parque 93 is one of my favorite locations along with the one at Calle 72.
