Many Vegan Options - Edit
I found an excellent option for specialty coffee in Tijuca. You can try the methods: Japanese siphon, Hario V60, Expresso, French Press, Clever Dripper and Koar. Excellent service. The place is cozy and close to the subway. There are several vegan options, both sweet and savory. There's even an incredible vegan cookie pie (Brookie) that goes very well with the café experience.
