Fantastic place for a fancy dining experience

Tokio A Lima was an incredibly nice experience for us. It starts at the front gate of the hotel, where, if not a hotel guest, you have to ring a bell to get in. We had a reservation, but probably you'd get in by asking for a table at this step already. They have two amazing terasses to choose from, as well as an indoor space. Everything is pretty elevated, especially the service. The bartender visited us first and we chose two amazing mocktails. Then the head waitress explained to us their menu, which is meant for sharing. She suggested 4-5 dishes for two people. There are exactly four clearly labeled vegan options on the menu, so we chose all of them. They suggested a succession for two of them, making them feel like starters, and to bring the final two together - which we agreed to. The salad came first and was absolutely heavenly. Combining green salads with mango and avocado, it was a delight. Next came the Gazpacho, which they divided on to two plates for us. It came with little balled up olive oil (looking like fish eggs) and frozen grated cucumber... Interesting experience, though our least memorable dish of the day. The 'main' course then were the Thai Curry (great) and miso glazed eggplant (incredible!). We also chose a non-alcoholic bottle of wine, which was actually vegan, too. It was the best non-alcoholic red wine we had ever had (usually only white ones are palatable in the non-alcoholic version). Overall, the food was absolutely delicious and the staff was professional and nice, never making us feel any less for being vegan. (Obviously, this place has way more expensive dishes in the meat and fish part of the menu.)
In the end, it's not at Michelin Star level, but definitely on the very fancy side (and not cheap, obviously).
We would come back here for sure.

Pros: Highly Professional staff, Great non-alcoholic drink options, Greta atmosphere on the outdoor terasses
