Confused Desi

Went here because their website advertised vegan dal makhani. However, the restaurant menu clearly indicated this was not vegan. The owner clarified that this dish used to be vegan. Also, the menu showed Gujia as vegan but it clearly is not as cottage cheese is the main ingredient. Had the aloo gobi subzi with paratha and found the subji to be salty. Had the Verde cutlet which was too spicy for my taste. Also, I think they served it with yogurt even though we mentioned we are vegan. Overall found the vegan options lacking and the food okay. Don't think I'll go here again.

Cons: Need to recheck if the dish is vegan with server, Food was okay

Impossible curry

Just outside of the main downtown street area. There are multiple vegan options which all look great. I opted for the impossible curry with spinach rice. Half the plate was packed with a wide range of healthy and tasty vegetables and pickles. Filling dishes that will leave you feeling satisfied and healthy.

Pros: Decent vegan options , Very healthy dishes

Cons: More vegan options would be good
