It's like taking asian food and making it bland for no reason, and reducing portion sizes to the point where you're just sitting there thinking "hmm not terrible but where is the rest of it?", then you get home with 20 euros less in your bank account and still have to cook and clean dishes anyway.

Marco and his crew were fantastic. We were road weary and malnourished but they brought us back to life. Incredible fusion of Asian European flavors opened taste experiences that I didn’t know I craved. A must visit in Barcelona.

Fuimos a hacer el menú de mediodía entre semana y nos gustó todo pero nos quedamos con ganas de probar otras cosas, ya que tampoco nos acabó de volar la cabeza. Los onigiris tenían buen sabor pero se rompían fácilmente. Volveremos.

We tried the complete menu option which has an entree, a main dish and a dessert/coffee. Some dishes were very good, some others were ok. Maybe a little pricey for the size of the portions but the atmosphere was amazing and the staff super friendly.

We went last Monday afternoon with a group of 7 people, two of whom were vegan, three vegetarian, and two neither. All of us agreed that the food at Desoriente was phenomenal. We had enough people to try most of their rolls and each was better than the last. We particularly loved the Maitake & Sweet Potato Uramaki, the Rock and Roll, and the Tropical Maki.

The food was really delicious. So as for that, I can totally recommend it. Personally, I recommend the Seitan truffle sandwich. Also, it has a nice terrace kindy hidden from traffic.

We had the bao bun, ramen and the broccoli. Everything had intense, distinct and delicious flavors.

Best vegan sushi ever. Better even than fish-based sushi. Other dishes are also excellent. The area (Poblenou) is very nice, and the staff is also good. It’s a bit expensive, but more than OK compared to quality and portions. A special place for special occasions.
