Scottsdale Location - Edit
We went to Dilla Libre Dos in Scottsdale. They have a separate vegan menu just like the Phoenix location. I had a bowl with tempura cauliflower and they were willing to add the vegan carne asada. They had lots of vegan options and they were able to accommodate sugar free too. The non-vegans I went with also enjoyed their meals.

Pretty good - Edit
Large vegan menu! They use beyond meat & daiya cheese. Chips were a bit stale, but the salsa was good. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. They accidentally messed up my boyfriend’s order, but made him a new meal to take home free of charge (he asked for a chicken burrito & they made him a chicken quesadilla).

Excellent Food for EVERYONE - Edit
I would give Dilla Libre five stars, but I can’t because they serve food for everyone. That being said, they do have a complete Vegan menu. The food is made to order, served hot, and it just tastes fabulous! Their house salsa is amazing. Also, there are options and substitutions available for each dish. I really enjoy bringing visitors from out of town because there is something on the menu for everyone to be happy.
Read moreSuch a great atmosphere and fun place. The restaurant is full of lucha libre decor and murals. Service is always friendly and accommodating. It’s a great local hangout as well as earning Best of Phoenix awards several years in a row.
Pros: Excellent Food, Large portions, Easy to make substitutions
Cons: Parking can be a bit tricky

Dedicated vegan menu. I had chickpea chorizo tacos and they were good. Their cauliflower bites are the best I have had thus far!

Best quesadilla I’ve ever eaten - Edit
This place is an amazing choice for vegan food or coming with a group that isn’t all vegan. Has a whole vegan menu with TONS of options. Vegan California was to die for and margs were great. Vegan queso wasn’t my fav- tasted like veggies and I wasn’t looking for a healthy queso lol. Overall amazing food would highly recommend!! #Veganuary

I got the Vegan Carné Asada fries and it was nothing short of delicious. The portion size was generous and it was seasoned to perfection. Will be going back to try something else on the menu!

Delish - Edit
This place has a 50% vegan menu, and it's super fricken good. Vegan sauce/queso/condiment menu and stuff. The quesadillas are a little small visually but they stuff you, and the vegan elote is a little stingy for 8 bucks but I crave it now!

So many vegan options, I had a hard time choosing, and it was so good! Do not fill up on chips and salsa if you’re getting the totchos because the portions were huge, definitely sharing size.

Awesome vegan queso and quesadillas - Edit
Best vegan queso I've had. The owners were super nice and when our order was mixed up, they were very helpful. My family (including non-veg) ordered from here and it was nice to have so many options without having to order from a different restaurant.

Exceptional Mexican food. The Beyond carne asada that they use in some of the dishes is amazing. I’ve made all of my friends eat here, and they order the vegan options despite not being vegan. Highly recommend the Vegan California Dilla!

Excellent service & Vegan options - Edit
So many vegan options! My first time there, cashier told by about fan favorites (Tempura Cauliflower Tacos) and her favorite (Vegan Blue Demon Cauliflower Bites). I ordered the ChickPea Chorizo Tacos. Generous portion and delicious meal. I wish it had lettuce added, but still good. Sampled their refreshing fruit water (coconut water, strawberry, pineapple).

I’ve had their vegan dilla and vegan street corn, which was delicious. The quesadilla was pretty big, so I have enough to take home to eat later. Have also had their vegan carne asada fries.. not bad. So close to home. Will eat again.

My new favorite place! - Edit
Giant (separate) vegan menu including salads, tacos, burritos, and the best quesadillas I've ever had in my life! They use all kinds of great vegan substitutes and the cheese was the kind where you want to ask the server if they're suuuuuure they used the vegan cheese. I took an out of town guest here for some Mexican food and went back within 2 weeks. I actually made a comment "I don't understand how it's possible to make food this good." Servers are very knowledgable and enthusiastic. Fun decor, awesome "hole in the wall" treasure in Phoenix!

Best PHX Vegan Mexican - Edit
Casual, hip, but welcoming! Their menu literally states: "almost everything can be made vegan - just ask!" What more can be said?? I got a vegan 'dilla and a mezcal cocktail and it is was, hands down, the best Mexican I've had in Phoenix. Live music, too! HIDDEN GEM. Go here!

Their Impossible Dilla is to die for!
Read moreYou can also sub vegan cheese and vegan meat in other dishes, like
their carne asada fries.
They're also the nicest employees!
I wish they had like a vegan horchata, elote, or churro though.
