Good vegan fast food, but missing Bergen’s “Dirty Sauce”! - Edit
Visited the Oslo location in the Barcode food hall after having a great experience at their Bergen location earlier in the week. Still really good, but missing the signature “Dirty Sauce” options and some of the atmosphere of their sister location.

Read moreBoom pow! Who would have thought that this fjordiful city has a full out vegan burger place. And shame on me for not finding it being a regular in Oslo every other month for the two last years. Time to make amends!
Located in the cool Barcode food court area in Bjørvika, the neon pink spaceship offers 5 different burgers, ranging from 159 nok till 179 nok.
2 dirty fries, a falafel salad, chick'n wrap, falafel wrap, ordinary fries, nuggets, onion rings, cheeze poppers, kids meal, garlic-, sriracha- and truffle mayo, BBQ sauce and ketchup.
On the sweet side a brownie for 65 nok.
Burger specs:
Truff Love - Plant-based beef patty, truffle mayo, cheddar cheeze, pickled red onions & luttuce. 169 nok.
Allergens: Soya, gluten, wheat, sesame.
I really liked the burger, however it was a bit on the light side, it could have had more heft.
Also didn't really taste truffle that much. However, I enjoyed the beef patty (Beyond Meat, according to their FAQ). All in all a bit on the pricey side.
Dirty fries specs:
Garlucky - Fries topped with crispy chick'n strips, garlic mayo, BBQ sauce, pickled red onions, jalapeños & chives. 169 nok.
Allergens: Soya, gluten, Wheat, Onion, Celery, Mustard.
I enjoyed it for sure, the crispy chick'n strips on top kinda makes it a main dish itself.
I'd get some extra truffle mayo next time, just to drench it properly.
Sum-up:
A little bit on the pricey side, but outerspacey to have an all out vegan fast food joint in Oslo, that I don't have in Stockholm. I'll happily be back every visit to tick off everything on the menu when in Oslo!

Don’t get me wrong, the burgers they serve in their Oslo location are really good! However, somehow they are lacking the magic of the ones served in Bergen. Please work on the “wow” factor and it would be great!

i did enjoy the garlicuous burger a lot as the "chicken" patty was amazing. the fries however were underwhelming but not super bad. for these two items, i paid 238nok (~20€) which i find quite a lot. everything comes in single use containers/wrappers. all in all, it's nice for a quick bite but produces a lot of waste.

Burguers are great and have a good size to them. I loved their bakon and fries. The brownie is tasty but I’ve had better. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the nuggets. All their other sides are superior to those in my opinion.

For a medium burger with terrible fries, this Indoor street food market is definitely overpriced. Two burgers also take about 10 minutes to cook. Drinks were only available at a bar further back in the store.

I just ate Qourn - the least inspiring meat substitute in the vegan food aisle and what my BLT burger and nuggets were made of. It was completely flavourless and when I had eaten it the only thing I felt full of was regret for believing in the hype. 1* for the fake bacon which seemed to be made from wheat gluten and was somewhat smokey, but honestly do yourself a favour, skip this one and try literally any other restaurant in the food court.

Good vegan junk food. While my classic burger with some extra toppings was tasty, the loaded fries were the real star of the show. My only nitpick is that the burger buns were cold, perhaps because there was just one guy handeling a whole lot of orders on his own.

My new favorite Oslo vegan place - Edit
Visited Oslo last week and found this place using the app. They have a lot to choose from - wraps, burgers, fries, onion rings, chili cheese bites. (jalapeño poppers) etc. And you can sort of create it how you want it. The first day I got the "chicken" and the chili cheese bites. They were so good. It's located inside a building called Barcode Street Food. There's lots of different food stands inside and a large bar in the middle where you order your drink. (They have soda etc, not just alcohol.) It can get crowded at times, especially at night. The staff were very friendly. An overall positive experience.

This restaurant is located at the food court. When I was looking the menu, which was shown at the counter, a person came to me and said I could scan QR code and take a look at the menu there. Scanning the code you could see all the restaurants and order there. It was a bit annoying to write my card number etc there while I could happily just interact with the people who worked there?! Anyway I ordered my food set meal a burger and fries with ketchup. It wasn’t possible to order any drinks from this restaurant.

A bit confusing experience but I got some ice food and felt happy afterwards!
