Uh, Doi brah, we're getting bao - Edit
Got the shrooms bahn mi and the tapioca pudding. The fried shrooms were excellent, bread was good, nice curry spice. I felt the bahn mi lacked some expected elements, for instance the pickled stuff wasn't strongly pickled and there was no jalapeno, but it was tasty.
Read moreOrdering from this ghost delivery kitchen was a little challenging. Their store front was non-existent and scanning the QR code on the front door didn't list them in the dozen or so other ghost kitchens. I was worried I wasn't going to get my food, but thankfully someone came out eventually with a Doi order.
Word to the wise, get delivery only, don't pick up unless you know what you're doing.
Pros: Great fried shrooms bahn mi, Inexpensive , All vegan
Cons: Hard to pick up, Bahn mi was missing some key elements

The bao was absolutely delicious. Three type of meat substitute, the best are chick'n and the one made out of mushroom!

Refreshing Bao & Bahn Mi for delivery! - Edit
We enjoyed the chick'n bahn mi, bao, spring rolls and tofu bao. Good packaging, our food arrived looking fresh. Flavours were refreshing and tasty, I loved the texture on the bao.
