Only 1 Pasta is vegan but very pricy

Restaurant with a beautiful view but only one vegan option (Simple Pasta with tomatoe Sauce). Thai Curry and the plant based Burger are Not vegan and they cannot make them vegan (I have asked).
Pricy Place.

Pros: View

Delicious

Staying at the attached Boujis boutique resort and had the included breakfast. There are 2 dedicated vegan options, scramble tofu on sourdough and smashed avocado on sourdough. Both were delicious, the tofu scramble was a little oily though. I was asked if I wanted an egg on top of my smashed avo even though it’s listed as vegan and doesn’t say anything about having an egg as an option, however the waitress knew it wasn’t vegan and just wanted to make sure I didn’t want egg, so it might be a good idea to make sure when ordering. There are a couple of other breakfast options that can also be veganised.
There are about 5 dedicated vegan options and many vegetarian options, some of which can be made vegan by omitting things such as the pesto as it has Parmesan in it. I had the grilled vegetable salad (without the pesto dip) and the tempura veggies and they were both delicious.
Menu also has a beyond burger with vegan cheese which isn’t labeled as vegan (I think they may have accidentally forgotten to add the vegan symbol) however ask before ordering to make sure. The staff are very good at understanding what vegan means.

Cons: A bit pricey , Avo was under ripe on one occasion , Service can be quite slow

I guess the Menu got an „update“ because they don‘t serve this anymore :(
