Best Vegan Food in Cle!!! - Edit
Earth Bistro is my favorite restaurant in Cleveland. Despite the fact they are not 100% vegan, everything on the menu can be made vegan. Their vegan chicken is amazing, their pasta salads and side dishes change every day to keep things exciting and fresh, and they serve Beyond Burger! Sunday brunch (from 9am-3pm) is the best, with soo many different vegan omelets, chicken and waffles, breakfast quesadillas. It is a great place to take your non-vegan friends, because their vegan food is delicious and convincing even for meat eaters! I have taken multiple people here who wanted to become vegan afterwords. Also, atmosphere is cute and cozy, and the staff is incredibly welcoming.

This is the best vegan food I've ever had. Everything I've had there has been great. My favorites are the pierogi sandwich, grilled burrito and the peanut butter cake.

Earth Bistro was, is, and will remain my favorite lunch/dinner spot. Food is always very fresh and the vegan replacements are always spot on. Portion sizes are generous and food is always delicious.

I came for breakfast on Sunday. Everything on the menu can be made vegan for $2 extra- so you basically have a full vegan menu.
Read moreI ordered the Hungry Jack because I wanted to try everything and love trying to eat as much as possible, and it was all delicious. But eater beware, it’s quite a lot of food. My husband got the non-vegan version and also liked his food.
Server was super nice and helpful- and vegan herself!
Seriously I would go here all the time if it were in my city or neighborhood! And I feel that’s the highest category of praise I can provide. Just sorry I didn’t have a chance to try to lunch/dinner menu.

The atmostphere and decoration in this local organic restaurant is so pleasent and welcoming, Earth art everywhere with so many green plants and there are even stars on the ceiling! Hands down the best Vegan food I have ever had!

To top off a lovely environment and fantastic 5 star fresh, organic food, was the co-owners friendliness. All around Earth Bistro Cafe is amazing. Without a doubt my new favorite cafe!

My favorite dish is the Caribbean Veggie Tostadas. It's a large portion, I typically can't finish it. We also like the black bean burger and the panini. They make everything fresh and it's idea for whole food/plant based. I'm glad to see Earth Bistro has become more popular over the past few months.

Vegan food in a relaxed setting - Edit
Visited Earth Bistro after a lapse and wow the menu had expanded quite significantly. More Vegan options added and what I love about the place is that they will transform most items on their menu from regular to Vegan for a small charge. I wish more restaurants would do this. Enjoyed the food very much. The price is moderate and the service may sometimes be slow since they usually have one server. So go with the intention of spending time in a relaxed environment to enjoy great Vegan food.

Pretty much the whole menu can be made vegan, and the staff is really knowledgeable. servings are huge. mostly sandwiches and paninis plus some other things like salads and souos . they had vegan desserts, too.
