Better Vegan Fare Than Most Vegan Restaurants In St. Louis - Edit
This the best vegan food in Saint Louis. Why? Because they don't load up their vegan options with sugar and salt. Also, they do not use grocery store vegan items like fake meats that are super high in sodium, or other off-the-shelf products that have high sugar and sodium levels like many so-called vegan restaurants. All their food including all vegan options are MADE FROM SCRATCH by an experienced and capable chef with many years of experience in food preparation and a commitment to and passion for quality. They don't just throw some preprepared food in the microwave. Its the only Vegan restaurant I feel comfortable eating at regularly because the food is truly healthy. Not all vegan food is healthy and much of it is loaded with mysterious ingredients as well as sugar and salt. Not so here every thing is carefully and professionally prepared and you taste the food not the spices. They do use spices but they don't depend upon sugar and salt to give their food flavor as is the case at many vegan restaurants. I know this is not technically or strictly a vegan restaurant but It deserves a place on Happy Cow for the aforementioned reasons.

Pretty good vegan options - Edit
Got the tofu tibs and veggie combo. The food was good and the portions were generous. The food was quite oily, to an excess in my opinion, but overall pretty good.
